StubHub has the worst customer service I have ever experiencedI ordered [redacted] tickets on 10/as a gift for my clientsThe email said I’d receive them BY 11/8, still didn’t get them yesterdaySo I called and was told that the tickets were cancelled because of an issue with the credit cardThe concert was the next day, this was 4pm EST I was being told thisI didn’t receive an email stating anything was wrong, no one tried to contact me, they just cancelled the ticketsMy clients already knew about them and were expecting to goI asked to talk to someone who would help or a supervisor and I was told by whoever I spoke with that I could “submit a report and someone would contact me in hours”That would be too late as the concert was hours awayHe said there was no one else to talk to and I’d have to go onlineI wasn't able to be transfered, I've sent emails and the response was "no one is checking this email please go online"No where to submit any feedback online to them and I am not calling to speak with someone who could literally care less againThe way this was handled was unacceptable and I will never be purchasing from StubHub again

Throughout the entire checkout process it showed for my total, until I clicked submit, and my order [redacted] was processed, then it showed over $being chargedI contacted them immediately and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation, would not cancel, and were not friendlyThey threatened to cancel my account and ban me from using their services, which is no great lossI will not ever use their service again, and will do my part to make sure no one else does either

I purchased two tickets to a show from the StubHub websiteThey charged me over $ [redacted] in fees (nearly 20% of the ticket value), with no explanationTheir fees are not clearly marked on the website, and were not clearly stated upon purchaseIt was only after purchase that I received an itemized receipt, though they were just listed as "fees" with no additional explanation for why they are so highThe amount is unreasonable and predatory

This complaint is in regards to Order # [redacted] As the seller of these tickets, I was unable to provide the tickets to complete the saleIn accordance to Stubhub's policy, which states: If your tickets have sold but you cannot fulfill the order (also referred to as “dropping a sale” or a “dropped sale”), StubHub will charge your payment method an amount equal to the greater of 40% of the price of the ticket(s) sold or (ii) the full amount incurred by StubHub to remedy the dropped saleThe original sale price of my ticket was $***Because I could not complete the sale, Stubhub executed a charge back in an exorbitant amount of $ [redacted] to cover the purchase a new ticket for the sellerThis difference of 140% is out of line for a few reasonsSingle tickets in a comparable section were around the same price as my ticket if not cheaper"Comparable section" is not clearly defined any where in their policies and after contacting Stubhub, they would not identify the location of the replace
