My friend went to ticket master to purchase 3 tickets for Roger Waters Concert last night. She purchased for the tickets in June and spent $200. Last night we go to the event and they tell us the tickets have already been used and that the company isn't ticket master it's stubhub and that this happens all the time. For us, it's once in a life time Concert, of our favorite band and we have been 3 months waiting for it. They tell us at Barclays Center to call Stubhub and that they will send us new tickets. We start calling and a girl starts speaking to us, she says she understands and that she is trying to arrange it. We are patiently waiting with the concert going on, and we finally say to the lady, the email isn't coming in our email box let's send it to another email. This woman hangs up on my friend. My start calling again and we receive wait up calls of 20 min for my friend and 23 min for me, in the meanwhile we have received and email that we can't open with $40 and an apology while standing outside of the concert listening frustrated to all the songs we wanted to see live. My friend is going nuts and starting to cry and my other friend and I try to remain calm. Finally after one hour we are able to receive an email and we can open the tickets. The tickets are for a VIP box were we don't have seats for all of us and the concert has 40 min left. When we get there and sit down we are so bummed that we are not even hungry now. What a stress to something that should have been a once in a life time memorable experience. Stubhub has linked to ticket master and obviously is you don't pay close attention you think you are buying to ticket master and you are not. They are selling you unavailable tickets and the customer service is worse than terrible. Never ever ever again, me Or any of my friends will be ever buying a ticket from your company.

I listed the tickets as and it was my understanding that I would sell them as They cannot be splitDonque M stated that I would need to file a dispute form in order to receive the credit because he was not able to do it over the web chatStub Hub offered only a partial refund which is unacceptable, a FULL refund is expected

I contacted the potential buyer via email and stated that I am going and tickets are not for sale- for I had deactivated the postI went to check on my account and it said "action needed to be taken"I have never clicked "confirm" for this saleThe potential buyer is not in receipt of these ticketsThese are my tickets! In contacting StubHub, which is a joke, o

Stubhub imposed a $penalty on me in connection with baseball tickets I had listed for sale because I had used the tickets, not understanding that they could still be sold on Stubhub after I used them(I have a season plan with [redacted] and my [redacted] and Stubhub accounts are linked.) I later disputed the $charge with my credit card company, which then credited me the amount and indicated my dispute was resolvedI later discovered that Stubhub has deactivated my Stubhub account because I disputed this $chargeHowever, I have tickets still listed for sale on Stubhub, and because they are identified in my [redacted] account as pending for sale on Stubhub, I cannot do anything else with the tickets on ***I asked Stubhub to delete the listings from my Stubhub accountHowever, Stubhub has refused to do so even though it also has told me that my tickets are no longer listed on their website as for saleStubhub is therefore essentially holding my tickets hostage, and it says it will not do any

I listed a concert ticket for sale on [redacted] about an hour and a half before the show startedThis was my first time using StubHubThey confirmed the listing after much back-and-forth online chatThey then sent me an email that the listing was incorrect (it was not, as the venue is not large)Their employee told me to delete the listingWhen I went to do that, I would not have been able to re-list itShe was going to re-list itThe chat was disconnected, and I deleted the listingA that moment, the ticket was sold and I got an email and a phone call from StubHub that the ticket was sold and I would be paid via my checking account within daysOn Monday, just after midnight, I got an email that the sale was cancelled and StubHub billed my credit card for a fee for not delivering the ticket as promisedI also got an email from the venue that the ticket was usedI contacted StubHub via chat and the employee was rude and threatened to disconnect the chatHe was also suppose

Hello, On [redacted] 15, [redacted] I purchased tickets via StubHub to [redacted] at the [redacted] in [redacted] , [redacted] ***, to be held on [redacted] 22, ***The total ticket price was $ [redacted] On [redacted] 26, [redacted] StubHub sent an email saying that the show was postponedThen on [redacted] 16, ***, they sent another email that the event would be rescheduled to [redacted] 15, ***Finally, on [redacted] 6, ***, the show was again postponed indefinitelyAlthough the show was not canceled, [redacted] and all original point of sale companies have issued full refunds for this eventYet StubHub has refused to issue a refundI believe that this "postponement" is legally due to the fact postponements typically come with a specific date and venue confirmationTherefore, I you consider this a "cancellation"Because the original buyer has already received a refund, I would also like a refundIf this cannot be resolved I will contact my State Attorney General

On [redacted] I listed tickets for sale on Stubhub.comI also listed the same tickets on [redacted] I received on offer through [redacted] on [redacted] and immediately removed the listings from both Stubhub.com and [redacted] I received a customer satisfaction survey for Stubhub on [redacted] around [redacted] pm (which to me would indicate the listing was canceled)On [redacted] I received an email from Stubhub stating my tickets were sold "sometime in the last hours"I immediately logged into my account to find out that the listing was still there - I deleted it for a second timeI called the Stubhub customer service within minutes of receiving the email asking them to cancel the orderThey stated there would be a **% surcharge for failing to deliver the ticketsI received a charge for $ [redacted] which I don't understand because the tickets were listed for $ [redacted] each X tickets = $ [redacted] @ **% would be around $**I have sent all the documentation listed above and they have not provided a single

I am very disappointed with stubhubI have been a customer for years and always buy my tickets through stubhubI tried to sell some tickets (which this is only the second time I’ve sold any) and apparently listed them in the wrong format and am now being charged an outrageous feeOn top of that, the buyer has a copy of the ticketsSo not only have I possibly lost my tickets, I’m also getting chargedI called customer service and the manager I spoke with was extremely rudeI explained that I did not intentionally post my tickets in the wrong format and ask that the fee be waivedShe said that she couldn’t do that and then said she would reduce it by 50% bc stubhub also made a mistake, but that was itShe admitted that stubhub made a mistake as well by telling the buyer they would get the tickets Friday, but the email said that I could deliver them by SaturdayThat manager would not give us her name again when we askedI believe it was [redacted] from when she first introduced herself

I purchased tickets to see a Panthers game on my birthday, not realizing that the tickets had to be printed outWhen I arrived at the stadium, I was told the tickets had to be printed ( they were not scanning mobile tickets from phones...even though stub hub representatives claimed I could have used the app to redeem the tickets)By the time I would have gotten the tickets physically printed out- I would have missed more than half of the game, so I decided not to go (I never printed or redeemed the tickets)Stub Hub said I could resell the tickets to get my money back...but that is clearly impossible when the game was nearly overThe company refuses to provide a full refund for the tickets, even though I was unable to redeem them in the first place

On [redacted] I sold tickets for a [redacted] in [redacted] for the 12/20/show, for an order totaling $These tickets were sold through stubhubI mailed the tickets and never received the money I was owed for them -- as you probably know, these are extremely expensive tickets, and had I any idea whatsoever that I would not be reimbursed through Stubhub for the sale price that was promised to me, I would have found other means of selling or having these tickets usedSale [redacted] As proof that I mailed these tickets, I would like to supply the tracking number given to me through ***, which was: [redacted] As soon as I was not given the money owed to me by Stubhub for these tickets, I contacted the companyThe company initially assured me in an email that there was no fault on my end (as there was not), as sent an email promising that I would still be paid the amount agreed for these ticketsAs I did everything asked of me, and sold them in abidance with all Stubhub

I sold a ticket to the [redacted] game on Saturday June Order number [redacted] I chose for the tickets to be delivered on 5/to be delivered by ***I spoke with a stub hub representative via chat (history recorded) and let him know that I had the tickets ready to be delivered but [redacted] was closed Sunday and Monday for the holidayHe said the order was fine and the tickets could even be mailed out Tuesday but he was going to change them to electronic so the order could be processed quickerHe had me check my account to make sure I could see the order was changed for deliveryAs I went to upload the tickets, three minutes later, to deliver the order I received an email from stub hub saying the order was cancelled and I was charged 20% addition to get replacement ticketsI followed up immediately by talking with the rep Jonathan T, and manager Jerome C in the CT officeI was clearly lied to by Stubhub and they are not allowing me to fulfill my order per user agreementOn

I was basically told a lie. I made a reservation and did not receive a confirmation. Called StubHub 3 hours later to confirm reservation. Found out it was sent to wrong email. Was offered by agent that the reservation would be cancelled and rebooked and sent to correct email to be able to access tickets. 1 month later received a bill for 2 reservations. After numerous calls between StubHub and Bank. Was not resolved. No one stood behind my statement. I am not a dishonest person. I am not a liar. I am 69 years old and I will never use StubHub again!! I am also canceling my bank card with [redacted] StubHub states they are not a illegal business. No hidden fees. Well, the ticket price does not reflect that!! So, who is the liar?

I decided on the game day of a [redacted] game that I was going to sell the tickets that I had previously purchased and purchase better tickets (I wanted to sit closer to the field)I posted my tickets for sale on StubHub and they sold within minutesI also purchased new tickets from StubHubAll was goodGame time comes around and the buyers that purchased my tickets claimed that they were refused entry upon arrival to the game due to the tickets already haviing been scannedI immediately felt terrible and contacted the company I originally purchased the tickets from, in which they suggested that I contact the [redacted] ticket office to confirm that the tickets had in fact been scannedThe ticket office assured me that there is no record of the tickets ever being scanned and that the buyers must have made this claim in order to get out of the saleI then take my issue to StubHub, fully expecting them to be on my side and help my resolve this issueI did eve

[redacted] sold me the wrong ticket and I was at the event which was sold out I paid three hundred dollars for the ticket -my daughter had to go in alone as I sat outside while [redacted] played in the theaterThe rude customer service guy had me on hold for long periods of time and did not care how a very special evening was ruinedThey claim 100% confidence in the tickets they sellI want the word out so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.tgey refunded my money but it just wasn’t enough
