Terrible experience!!!! Purchased tickets to a basketball game that was postponed due to weather The team posted an article on the date the game was supposed to be played stating that ticket holders unable to make it to the game on the new date would be able to use their tickets to a comparably valued game in the future Contacted stub hub and initially was told I would be e-mailed a list of games I could use the tickets on Never received an e-mail Called back weeks later and was told that it would not be possible to get tickets to another game since the game was eventually played They apologized for the "miscommunication" Terrible business WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM STUB HUB AGAIN! I suggest you do the same Called the team and purchased directly through them for tickets to another game

Stubhub claims to offer a service that allows individuals to sell tickets online, but in reality they arbitrarily discriminate against some honest sellers by imposing vague restrictions, while favoring others, thereby artificially manipulating the ticket resale marketplaceBuyers are led to believe they're getting a "free market" price when in reality Stubhub's deceptive practices allow for anything but

Do not use stub hubThey will scam the buyer and seller They will sell them, say you didn’t deliever and then your out the money and they will fine you I proved they scammed me and the manager hung up on me twice saying their system didn’t show their mistake DO NOT USE THEM

DON'T USE STUBHUB! If you are like me and buy a ticket that "doesnt exist" or have some other type of "issue" with your ticketThey will call you and tell you there is only one option which is an alternative ticket which is WORTH WAY LESS than what you originally paidThey wont tell you that you can get a refund until after the other tickets are given to you, then they will not allow you to get a refund!

I bought tickets in July for a November event and kept receiving emails and responses that the tickets are comingStubHub kept telling me that the tickets can be available as late as days prior to the event and to just waitFinally I call them the day before the event and they inform me that the tickets are no longer available from the sellerThey don't explain how long they have known thatThey offered me full refund and said that I can pirchase tickets from their website that are now $instead of $I paid!
