Used Stubhub to buy tickets for Hamilton in Chicago We flew out there to see the playWhen we got to there venue, we found out that the tickets were already usedWe found out that we were not the only ones in this predicamentA couple before us also had our same seats and alsobought on StubhubSo Stubhub sold the same tickets at least twiceThey have no quality system to check if they sold it once While they did refund our money, it certainly ruined our weekend

I purchased two tickets to a very popular concert and a month later my account was accessedSeveral transactions were aquired for several thousand dollarsWhen I tried to reach them their response was " we will get back to you in hours"Really? My account was hacked and had to change all my credit cards and that is all you have to sayI am not even sure if my tickets are valid at this point

ON JANUARY 19, *** I ORDERED AND PAID FOR TICKETS TO *** *** AT ***I LATER RECEIED AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE TICKETS WOULD BE SENT TO ME CLOSER TO THE CONCERT DATE OF JULY 20, ***I WAS CHARGED $***ON JULY 14, *** I CONTACTED STUB HUB BECAUSE I HAD OT RECEIVED THE TICKETS YETTHEY ADVISED THAT THERE IS NO RECORD OF THE TRANSACTION BUT THEY WOULD HAVE THE TRUST AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT LOOK INTO THIS AND CALL ME BACKIT IS NOW SUNDAY, JULY 17THI CALLED STUB HUB BACK, THEY ADVISED THAT THE TRUST AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT DID LOOK INTO IT AND FOUND NO CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT(THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THE RESULTS OF THEIR SEARCH AS I WAS PROMISED) I ADVISED THEM I WAS CHARGED, THEY STATED THAT I MUST HAVE THEN HAD A REVERSE CHARGE CREDITING THE MONEY BACK TO MEI REVIEWED MY RECORDS AND THIS DID NOT OCCURI CALLED CHASE AND THEY ALSO STATED THIS DID NOT GET CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNTCHASE HAS BEGUN A DISPUTE PROCESS FOR ME

Stubhub cancelled my order and were not apologetic about it at all they just gave me several different excusesNone of which were issues that should have resulted in my order being cancelled

I listed a concert ticket for sale on *** about an hour and a half before the show startedThis was my first time using StubHubThey confirmed the listing after much back-and-forth online chatThey then sent me an email that the listing was incorrect (it was not, as the venue is not large)Their employee told me to delete the listingWhen I went to do that, I would not have been able to re-list itShe was going to re-list itThe chat was disconnected, and I deleted the listingA that moment, the ticket was sold and I got an email and a phone call from StubHub that the ticket was sold and I would be paid via my checking account within daysOn Monday, just after midnight, I got an email that the sale was cancelled and StubHub billed my credit card for a fee for not delivering the ticket as promisedI also got an email from the venue that the ticket was usedI contacted StubHub via chat and the employee was rude and threatened to disconnect the chatHe was also suppose

Stubhub has not honored their contract for services renderedI purchased Janet Jackson tickets and now she is starting a family so the concert will not take place on the day I purchased the tickets forJanet Jackson's promotion company live nation advised that the fans should get a refund and stubhub will not give me my money back I plan on being out of the country next year when the concert may resume so I have no need for the ticketsthis is bad business on the part of stubhub and I will never do business with them again

When I spoke to the representative he had no idea what to doHe thought it was odd I called him if My account appeared unchanged (i.e., I could still sign in with my old password)I had to educate the Stubhub representative that I needed to confirm no other account information, including purchases or financial information has been viewed or changedHe provided NO HELP or direction for my concerns/requestsTo top this off, the Stubhub website is unresponsive to my executions (clicks)There is also no opportunity to leave feedback on their websiteThe A- Revdex.com rating is clearly a MISTAKEVivid Seats has won my business as a result of Stubhubs carelessness

I purchased three tickets to a concert for my daughter’s sweet (over $***)And immediately after printing them we realized that they were wheelchair accessible seats and that we could be refused entry if we weren’t disabledWe contacted StubHub immediately and were basically told that we should have read the description and they could not refund themThe only thing we can do is try to resell them but it would be hard since they are wheelchair accessibleWhat they should have done is make that right and refund the tickets because it was an obvious human errorNow our only choice is to try and resell them in the same fashion and hope someone else either is actually in need of wheelchair access ticketed or that they make the same mistake?
