Bought two tickets in April for a concert at the *** *** ***) for a *** *** concert scheduled October The show was postponed until amost one year later, September 7, I'm unable to attend on this reschedule date, therefore, I paid $*** for two tickets to a concert I cannot attendWhen I bought the tickets, it was for a specific date that I could attendStubhub has been very rude to me over the phone, including hanging up on meThey refuse to do anything to help me get some or all of my money back

I ordered tickets to *** *** concert at $*** plus *** fees for a total of $*** for 9/23/*** to be delivered to my home in ***, **Stub Hub had shipped tickets to an incorrect address in AZ last year but reassured me they had removed the incorrect address from my accountI ordered the tickets only to find they were again delivered to the ** addressWhen I **lled StubHub customer service they said they were not able to reprint the tickets this time and it was just too badThe best they could offer was $*** creditI told them that was unacceptable but they were adamant that this was my mistake and would not help with getting the ticketsThey would not honor their Fan Protect Guarantee

Do not buy tickets from Stubhub total rip off They mark up the ticket prices at least 50% higher than they should beI will never purchase any tickets from stubhub again

I inquired with Stubhub on changing the method of delivery for a ticket sale of $Ticketmaster was not providing me physical tickets so I took it up with Stubhub if they could check about other method of delieveryStubhub informed me that they would get back to me in one or two days with a resolutionI later received an email from Stubhub saying that decided to cancel the sale and charged me a 40% feeIn that meantime Ticketmaster called me and said they would provide me physical tickets as a one time exceptionThis ticket sale was posted with delivery of tickets in late of I am unsure as why Stubhub would cancel a sale without inquiring or reaching out to the seller firstAs mentioned the buyer was not expecting tickets until almost months later so I am unsure why Stubhub did not find it prudent to wait one day on a reply from the seller before canceling the orderStubhub prematurely took action and created this whole problem and refuses to be held accountableStub

Dear Revdex.com, On August 15, *** I listed two season tickets for *** *** *** football on StubHubThe tickets were in "Lower Sideline", as I later found out from StubHub, although it doesn't actually say that on the tickets, Section 10, row I clicked on StubHub's seating chart in the only section labeled as StubHub's system automatically registered the seats as being in "Stadium Club 10"Being unfamiliar with the stadium, I did not realize that there was a distinction between the two sectionsThe tickets were purchased the same day, and shortly afterward, StubHub informed the buyer that there was no such thing as row in section Stadium Club 10, and the buyer cancelled the purchaseStubHub immediately charged my credit card an exorbitant fee of $***I am in no doubt that I am on the wrong side of the law, because I signed a services agreement upon making my StubHub accountMy issue is an ethical one: I made an honest mistake, and StubHub's system is designed to

Inflated prices does look not legalA $SRO ticket al Fenway Park selling for $for Big Papi retirement jersey number ceremonyHow can they allow that plus tickets were deceptiveI wasted a lot of moneyDo not use this service

I uploaded tickets to a concert for *** Orchestra for *** at *** *** ** *** ** *** showI followed the instructions and even called a rep at StubHub to make sure I was doing it correctlyThe site told e that my tickets were uploadedThe tickets sold shortly after and $was deposited into my bank account Now, days later I am notified via email that my tickets were not uploaded correctly and the buyer could not get into the venueThey charged my credit card the $which is ok because the tickets technically never soldBut the charged me an additional $for penaltiesI called *** in Customer ServiceI asked him why they sold the tickets if they weren't uploaded correctlyHe informed me that they have no way of knowing if they were uploaded incorrectly or notYou would think that they should check that before they sell themSo because I never had an issue with them before, they" out of the goodness of their hearts" are o

StubHubs selling process has loop holes that allow for mistakes and makes seller pay double the original cost of tickets If a seller makes a mistake on a post, StubHub doesn't notify seller to make corrections They just notify you two days before performance that the sale was cancelled without any reason

I placed an *** *** *** ticket for sale on Stub Hub for $***The ticket sold on Stub Hub before the ticket was shipped to me from Front Gate Tickets, the original ticket providerRather than have Front Gate send me the ticket, which I would then send to the Stub Hub buyer, I contacted Stub Hub’s help chat (on *** ***) to ask whether I could change the shipping address at Front Gate tickets, so that the ticket was sent directly to the buyerThe Stub Hub customer service agent said yes, confirmed the address I was shipping to, and then told me that all I needed to do was provide Stub Hub the tracking number once Front Gate sent the ticketAs soon as I received the tracking number from Front Gate, I chatted with Stub Hub again to provide them with the tracking informationThey informed me that they would confirm with the buyer that the tickets were deliveredI did not hear anything back from Stub Hub, and so I checked the tracking information and saw that the ticket was re

SubHub is disguised gambling operation - with a perfect hedge
Gambler buy tickets well in advancelists on StubHub
Sells the tickets for a small premium early to non-season ticket holdersStubHub collects the fees and the gambler makes a profit (you've paid both in full)But the tickets you bought and paid for are not available until a few days before game timeWhy?
Because the gambler has the right to sell your tickets to anyone else for a higher price and make even more profit Stubhub keeps its fee, you do get a refund but that's not why you paid for the tickets If you paid for any travel related costs to attend the event you loose that too!

StubHub allows 3rd party ticket sellers to represent seat owners when selling ticketsThe 3rd party ticket sellers are able to ship the tickets late or to invalid addresses causing the buyer to not be able to obtain the tickets thus not attending the eventKnowing this, the 3rd party seller has the ability to locally print the tickets and sell them a second timeBecause the 3rd party Seller is not the actual seat owner, the process of getting a printed ticket is near impossible with StubHub's policy of only contacting the 3rd party seller only once

I purchased tickets via StubHub for an event that was scheduled to take place August 20, in ***The event was cancelledI contacted StubHub on a number of occasions requesting to have my money refunded for the cancelled show; once I was told I needed to call back within hours in order to receive my refund as their system was not up to date, another time I was told I had to "resell" the tickets (for a nonexistent event), and another time I was told I couldn't receive a refund at all until the multi-million dollar artist decided what they're going to do about the cancelled showI spent close to $on tickets for an event I never attendedIt's been a month and have yet to receive an update from StubHub regarding my refundI have highly dissatisfied and frustrated with this processI cannot afford to have money in limbo for a service that was never provided
