StubHu*** I learned a hefty lesson about reading the terms of service before I placed an order! I was excited to find great tickets and bought them Plans fell thru, that's when I found out I couldn't get a refund That I had to sell my tickets to get my money back That was a rip off too It's a $lesson I'll never forget I don't know how you people at StubHub can sleep at night!

StubHub apparently does a terrible job at having one confirm their address before shipping tickets I live in Texas and purchased tickets using my credit card which has my current Texas address About a week out from the event I received a call asking where my tickets should be delivered because the address on my account was not a current account It turns out they used my old South Carolina address from five years ago I do a lot of shopping online, and would never send my packages to an address that I lived at over five years ago and have lived at three other places since StubHub forced me to pay for the re-routing of my tickets

I was using the StubHub app to purchase tickets and used their filter option to filter by "Row (low to high)" while searching for the tickets I wanted to purchaseThe first row listed was AA through LL, and then A through Z, which I was led to believe was the lowest row available for purchase in the section based on the app's filter parametersIn reality, AA is rows up and is a higher row than rows A through ZAs a result of this misinformation I purchased tickets I thought were in a low row (AA), when in reality I could have bought much better tickets for a cheaper priceBecause the row was much higher than advertised I would not be able to resell them and make my money back eitherI tried calling Stub Hub for a refund of the service fees or a full return and spoke to a supervisor who informed me the only refund they would provide is to waive the 10% seller fee for me to resell the tickets I was misled to purchaseAs previously noted this was not a realistic option as I overp
