The first & LAST time I will ever use Stub Hub!!!!! I sold Garth Brooks tickets for the Sunday night concert in IndianapolisGot on Stub Hub chat help to make sure I uploaded the tickets correctly (which they were & THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS)We had a total of tickets (my husband and his friends used the other tickets that were directly beside these tickets)Some how the buyer duplicated the tickets (it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that you can print multiple copies of a ticket)So apparently people gained entry to the concert & then tickets (with the same bar code) tried to gain access right at the start time of the concert & were denied since the tickets "were already scanned." I got an email Monday night saying a claim was filedI immediately emailed them back & left voice mailsAlso contacted Bankers Life before Stub Hub opened the next day to get all the infoSince the pathetic scammer stated they attempted to get into the concert "around 7:30" and the tickets were declined "around 7:30" they are awarding them a full refund!!! To me, this is complete *** ***! I was told this is not a very common scam that they see which I find hard to believeIt seems like a very easy scam to pull off & get your money back!
