I sold tix on StubHub that had been converted into a PDF using an app (ticketfire) for 270$I was then informed by StubHub that, not only would I not get my payment, but I would be charged an additional 555.80$ to compensate the buyer because my tix were "invalid"While accepting the fact that I am responsible for the cost of replacement tix, I objected to the exorbitant cost of the replacement tix-the buyer was given tix valued at 425$ in place of my tix that only cost 150$! I contacted ticketfire and they reported that they had converted other tix to the concert and there were no other reported problemsWhen I contacted StubHub, I was informed that the buyers tix weren't necessarily "invalid", but were never scanned because apparently a worker thought the looked fakeTherefore, I have no way to prove that the tix were "invalid" and there is no way to prevent any buyer to claim that their tix were not scanned, but still turned away, and be rewarded with inordinately improved tix-all at the sellers expense! I bought tickets to a four day concert outdoor venue The tickets are wristbands which are mandatorily registered under the concert goer The wrist band I recieved is registered under the sellerI called to see if we could resolve this issue The stubhub customer service informed me the ticket was good and they would not assist me in correcting the problem I explained that the wristband is to be registered to the user to prevent fraud and they recommended I use it anyway Hey if there is a problem and I get caught they can always refund my money at the venue So I first have to deal with the embarrassment of looking like I may have stolen the wristband and then they will give me my money back so I can be five hours from home without a ticket Wow! They really have it together I will never purchase another ticket at stubhub I would not recommend them and truly I did not save much money It was a dollar difference The hassel is not worth it Say no to STUBHUB!!!

This raises an even greater concernHow is it that this company "thought" there was an issue with my account, but no one bothered to reach out to me and inform me of this? Any reputable company reaches out to a customer immediately when they sense suspicious activity on an accountI had to reach out after hours to find out what was wrongI will never do business with StubHub again

DO NOT buy tickets from STUB HUB You may get SCAMMED due to lack of disclosureI purchased tickets from their site online and the webpage said all three of my seats would be togther As it turns out there are no seats-- the "seats" are in the wheelchair accessible area-- there was NO DISCLOSURE of this prior to the purchase I checked times prior to purchasingCompletely misleading and fraudulent StubHub completely denies that there was no disclusure Here's what the page read: Section A, ROW X--all seats will be together It could have just as easily said Row X Wheelchair accessible StubHub refused to refund or exchange We were lured into a SCAM BEWARE!!

I never authorized a purchase for a single ticket to the *** *** ***

My online account for StubHub was hacked through their serverThe individual that hacked my account lowered my ticket price from $*** each to just $** and changed the *** email on the account to their own (so that not only would they get my tickets for a lowered price but also so that they would get their money back minus commission)I have spent over hours over multiple days on the phone with them trying to get this resolvedThey finally agreed to pay me what I would have gotten had my tickets sold for my asking price $***-$** commission = $***I have a promise, in writing, that it would be in my *** account in 3-business days on May 11th, ***I have called multiple times since then and it has been issue after issueI just got off the phone with someone at StubHub who said my payment was rejected and that it would be another 3-business daysI am tired of them running me around in circles, and putting hours towards this when it was not my fault to begin with

I sold tickets, which were not delivered correctly due to a website glitch*** refused to acknowledge the problem, and fined me unfairlyI sold tickets on *** (#*** and #*** and uploaded the tickets to be distributed to the buyerof the tickets were distributed correctly, the other were claimed not to work by the buyer2nd buyers claimed they received the wrong tickets, but my records show I uploaded the correct ticketsSo I concluded that Stubhub did not distribute the tickets correctlyIf there was a problem with the tickets, Stubhub could have contacted me and I could have worked with them to resolve the problem immeadiatlyInstead they simply charged my credit card with a penalty weeks later when there was no way to fix the problemI was told that they didn't contact me immediately because there was not enough staff to handle these kind of problems promptlyI disputed this charge with my credit card company, and Stubhub locked my account
