I just placed an order for tickets to an eventNote that I have been noticing a pattern where the website states one price with fees included before you purchase and then you get to the order screen and it is totally different, sometimes even 10% differentSo my first complaint is that there is absolutely no transparency kin the prices you are looking at any time in the processMy second complaint is alarmingI clicked buy with a price of $and this company has the audacity to change the price mid-transaction and not even ask me if I'm okay with itCustomer service explanation: the seller did it not usLies! Either Stubhub acted against the buyer by notifying the seller of an impending purchase to raise both seller and stubhub company earnings from higher fees or Stubhub can just charge you what they want for the order and agent tells me "you have no rights." This egregious display of action borders on criminal and fraudulent behaviorNever use these guys! You might order $

I purchased tickets prior to the holiday as a christmas gift for a relativeThese tickets were in a specific location for a significant amount of moneyOn January 3rd StubHub called me saying there was a problem with the tickets and they were no longer available with no explanation givenThey said I could receive a full refund or they would replace the tickets with identical seatingI chose to replace the tickets with identical seating at the eventAfter minutes of waiting on hold on the phone they finally said to me there was an error in processing the replacement and they would call me back within the hour after they solved the problemTwo hours later and no callI called back and waited on hold again to go through the same process, this time I sat on hold for minutes or so when the customer service representative said the tickets StubHub was trying to give me in replacement were no longer availableAt this point, I gave them another opportunity to find identical ticket

I purchased tickets order number***When I received the tickets value on ticket reads $Service fees for the tickets were $eachI called and spoke with both a customer service rep and supervisor to try and remedy the situationDid not resoluteI understand a seller can resell ticket higher than face valueMy concern is with the service feesThere is no way that they should be above the original face value of the ticketTo the best of my knowledge there was recently (in the past years) class action lawsuit filed against ticketmaster for the very thing I'm complaining about, which was won by the people

I sold a pair of concert tickets using StubHubThey were sold below face valueI followed all StubHub processes and the buyer received their tickets on timeStubHub contacted me days after the concert took place and said the buyer was denied entry to the concertStubHub advised me to go through all the proper channels to investigate the issue and I followed everything I was toldI tried to request a scan report like StubHub advised me to do, however the venue and ticket provider (***) would not provide this to meI tried calling and emailing *** to get the report and they wouldn't provide the informationI had a conference call with Stubhub and the venue (just as StubHub advised) and still wasn't provided with the scan reportSince I could not get this information StubHub charged me for the tickets as well as an additional chargeThis is an unfair way to conduct businessThere was no proof that I was at fault for the buyer's denial of entry and there is no

Stub hub ripped me off from there incompetent serviceI purchased tickets from stub hubOrigionally when I called I asked the lady to walk me threw buying tickets and to save them in a cart so that I can decide if I’m going to be able to make the game or notShe walked me threw the process, advised me to hit confirm and it stated that I purchased the Tickets! I told her no! I just want to hold them in the cartShe apologized, immediately put a manager on the phone and the manager said that he was sorry but there was nothing that they could doI called back a few days later very upset and I told them that I would be Reporting them to the Revdex.com, consumer affairs and I’m not going to let this goThey offered to sell the tickets for me withoutA fee I told them what ever it takes to get my money backThe lady listed the tickets a week before the gameA day before the game, I received a email stating that I was asking to much money, I looked at the email and the lady listed them fo

On October 4, 2018, a total of tickets of mine were sold on *** for an event in *** ***Funds from the sale of the purchase were apparently directly deposited to my *** *** *** ***After reviewing the details of the transaction labeled in the long list of emails sent to me, I can confirm that the funds were deposited to another account not owned or managed by meThe account number, along with the routing number, of the direct deposit was triple checked in order to ensure the accuracy of the account holder informationDespite this, the funds are now missing from my account, and StubHub should reverse the banking transactionThis unwanted and frustrating result seems to be a glitch or computer error with the bank deposit processing systemAfter hours on hold with StubHub Customer Service along with personal calls to my bank, StubHub Customer Service has continuously dismissed the case while being unwilling to cooperate with the reversal of the bank

I used StubHub to sell tickets to a concert in HoustonThey were flash tickets, which I had some difficulty in selling (no limitation on the website regarding flash tickets when I signed up)A buyer was identified, so I called and asked how to transfer flash ticketsI was told for that particular event it was not possible, so I needed to send paper tickets to the buyerI obtained paper tickets from the concert venue and sent them to the buyerI have a confirmation the tickets were delivered to the buyerWeeks later I checked the StubHub website, and could find nothing in my account that the transaction was closed or when payment would be madeI contacted StubHub for paymentThey said they would look into itThen this morning I received a notice saying I did not deliver tickets and I was being charged funds

Horrible customer service experienceComplete lack of caring or empathyWhen my ticket sale fell through due to matters outside my control they gave the buyer replacement ticketsI think this is good practice, however, StubHub employees are the ones who decide what comparable tickets will costI sold tickets at $300, they replaced said tickets with $ticketsI incur the additional costI asked how it is determined what is comparable because after the sale fell through I checked the StubHub website to check on tickets as I felt bad for the buyerTiickets in the section of the ones I sold were still available for comparable price (around $300) on the day of the showThe buyer had purchased tickets from me just hours prior Not sure how it’s ethical for them to decide how to spend other people’s money and they give no real answers on this!!! I would have gladly paid the 40% fee on the selling price of my tickets as I am the one who set that price but I would never expect a random associate to determine comparable seats are double the price!!! Is this even real life??? I called StubHub times and they were zero helpI asked the supervisor who I spoke to what a customer is worth to them and she couldn’t even answer! Completely laughable!!! Keep in mind StubHub is owned by *** so you may expect a similar customer service experience!

On ***, I purchased GA Floor tickets for Country LakeShake in *** ** for a total of $via StubHubI was notified at this time that the tickets would arrive to my residence by ***, for the 3-day festival which goes from 6/22-6/24/On the evening of 6/19/18, StubHub emailed me that the seller had incorrectly listed the tickets and instead sold me GA Lawn ticketsThis email occurred after the tickets had been shippedThey arrived on ***, and were indeed the incorrect ticketsI contacted StubHub’s customer service office several times seeking compensation for my purchase by replacing my order with the actual tickets that I ordered and already paid forThey continuously refused and would not let me speak to a manager or the ticket replacement team about the issue furtherIn my last call, the customer service representative stated that we were “talking in circles about an issue that will not be resolved” and told me she would then “disconnect the line”I’

I used StubHub for the first time to purchase tickets to a show in*** ** at *** *** * ** ** *** *** When I logged on to the website I purchased tickets which said nothing about being General Admission in the "bowl" section of the stadiumThe tickets were simply listed as *** *** and there was an arrow, displaying the ticket price, hovering over the field or lawn section of the stadiumI purchased the tickets because this is where we wanted to stand, in the field, where the arrow was pointing and displaying the ticket priceA couple days later I received tickets labeled *** *** *** with seats/sections specifiedThis was NOT apparent when I bought the ticketsNo where in the original order did it say "bowl" or I would not have selected these specific ticketsI called StubHub and the woman I spoke with agreed with me that this was incorrect and that StubHub would remedy the situationHowever days later I received a call and an email fro

I sold tickets on stubhub and because there was an issue with the tickets I had already sold on a different site I had reached out to stubhub to cancel the orderI was told it couldn’t be cancelled and then later on in the chat I was told that if cancelled they would charge me *** of the total price of the ticketsI never agreed to them cancelling and charging me and left the chat which they have on fileI made everything right with the other buyer and was letting the StubHub order go throughI got an email that the order was completed and the money would be directly deposited in my accountThat was on *** On *** on received an email saying that StubHub has cancelled the order and was charging me *** cents because I couldn’t deliver the tickets, even though the order had already been completedI called on *** and spent almost an hour on the phone where the rep told me that the rep that I spoke with on the phone assumed I wanted it cancelledShe said assumed mult

They shouldn’t even get one star their customer service is horrible you can’t even resolve anything through chat !
They told me my tickets were sold I never got my money and then when I sent them a message they told me it’s because there was some security issues and they had to deactivate my account I was never notified of this so now I’m out of the tickets and out of the money and that was $!!!!!!! They won’t even tell me why any of this happened either it would’ve been nice to have a heads up on what apparently went wrong !!!!!!!!

I recently sold a pair of tickets on StubHub! and send the tickets to the buyer by regular mailA few days later, I was emailed by Stubhub! to say that the sale had been cancelled, I was being charged $54, and I may not receive my tickets back, all because I didn't send the tickets using the UPS shipping label they providedThis puts me out more than $I read through StubHub's 'seller policies,' and they are very unclear, not mentioning at all, that I could get stuck in this mess if I didn't send the tickets using UPSI feel like I've been robbed by a company that I should have been able to trustIt is an absurd (illegal?) business model, clearly designed to make as much money as possible for providing little to no service

I purchased a ticket through stubhub last minute after my original ticket through a different website never arrivedI had to pay 5x what the ticket cost to get an "instant download" ticket because I was leaving for the out of state concert on a flight at 3amStubhub advertised the instant download tickets would be ready within a few minutesMy first *** *** was supposed to be ticket for The Killers playing at *** * ** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** I placed the order in the evening of the 21stIt came to a total of $with taxes and feesI waited at least a half hour before contacting Stubhub because I still hadn't received a confirmation emailI was told it would take approximately minutes to process the order and then disconnectedThe agent was very rudeIt took approximately minutes for the order to processNow the recorded message while on hold suggests using the Stubhub app so you can access your concert information at any timeI was going t

I bought concert tickets advertised on stubhub for "*** *** ** ***",thinking the concert was SOLD OUT from the original venue(*** ***center.org"after research and calling *** *** they told me no concert was OFFICIAL ,they are still talking and in negotiatins and that NO TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD OR RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC.I told them I had bought tickets from stubhub and they repeated that the concert wasn't even official, might not take place and that NO TICKETS WHATSOEVER have been released.I called stubhub for a refund telling them of my conversation with ***.they said they would only refund if no concert took place in the future.in short they sold me something that doesn't yet exist without warning.tickets were bought on *** and as of this day *** there is no concert and obviously I would buy from the venue as it would be a 1/of the price.*** *** website is *** and their phone # is ***,you can see that the concert i

I purchased tickets to a concert on 3/18/**The concert was held on 8/19/**I received the ticket information immediately after purchaseI was able to print them as soon as I received themI went to the concert and the tickets I had were all deniedWhen I went to the ticket resolution counter at the venue they were able to tell me my tickets were already scannedI immediately called Stub Hub and sat on hold due to large call volumeWhen I finally got a representative on the line and explained my problem she apologized and attempted to find me different tickets but she was unable toShe was going to process a full refund and give me a $** creditWhich did not meet my expectations due to the fact that I had taken off work to go to this concert, drove over hours, had my husband and children with meIt was unacceptableSo she then offered me $***At that point I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was unavailable at the time so I provided my phone number and they would ca

Flaw in their online ticket purchase process charged my credit card without my authorization and before I was able to confirm purchaseI attempted to proactively call their support line directly afterwards to tell them of the issue and my non-intention to purchase the ticketsI was told that there "was no flaw in their system", it was "my fault", and if I wanted, "they could relist the tickets for re-sale for an additional fee"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I sold two separate sets of tickets *** *** on Stubhub on July 5thIt is now July 14th and I have yet to receive my moneyIn today's day of electronic funds transfer capabilities, the speed to receive my funds should be immediate, however that is not the case with StubhubTheir online verification process prevented me to update my profile settings and required me to call in three separate times and the 2nd associate confirmed the payment would go to my PayPal accountI received notice on the 12th that the payment was sent to a closed checking account, the one I was unable to change via their faulty verification process onlineI called back again to express my concern with their process and was simply told it would take 7-additional business days to receive my money, which is an unacceptable service level agreement due to the ability to immediately transfer funds electronically nowadaysStubhub received $(10%) of my sale immediately upon completion of my transactii

Shocking to see all the negative reviews Oh wait, no its not Bought a parking pass to include camping, only to find out it didnt have camping Immediately upon noticing, I contacted them They then explained I had to resell it Frustrating for sure, but at least I had an option Until, I posted the ticket, and it posted incorrectly So, anyone viewing my ticket i'm trying to sell, all you see is "NA" or "Non Applicable" which, looks like an error so nobody will try and buy it I tried editing it and it wouldnt let me I called customer service and while the gentleman was nice, even he couldnt change it "Our systems have been really funny lately" Bad part is, there was no resolution So I bought a ticket because they communicated poorly, then was forced to resell it (which I ended up losing money on), and NOW the tool that they have to sell my ticket, doesnt even work and even they can't change it What option did they provide to resolve/help? Nothing "Try calling back"

I puurchased tickets that were advertised as one date but as soon as I press confirm to buy them I recieved an email saying that the tickets were for a different date than what was advertised and they’re refusing to give me a refund or in some cases they hang up on me when I say that I can send screen shots to an email to prove they did me wrong
