I have purchased tickets via StubHub.com for the *** concert taking place at the *** Stadium in ***,** on Tue 5/03/*** at 7.30pm ETThe management of the concert venue did not let anybody into the stadium due to severe weather forecast, and despite rain and thunderstorm warnings opened the gates to the stadium at 6.30pm ET (an hour after the initial official opening time)Despite severe weather warnings from various weather stations and the media, such as ' *** ** *** *** and *** *** *** ***, the management of the concert venue proceeded with the concertAt 11pm ET the concert was interrupted due to severe weatherIt was heavily raining, thunderstorm and blizzardsThe venue announced that the concert was annulledAs a result I have left the venue along with the crowd of peopleIt was to my disappointment to have found out the next morning in the news, that the management of the concert venue decided to continue the concert at midnight (an hour

I ordered tickets for a concert *** * *** ** *** The concert is on 8/I soon saw on the app that my tickets were ready, but could not find them anywhereMy stubhub is linked to my facebook account which uses my current email, somehow Stubhub provided the seller with the wrong email address to send the ticketsI contacted Stubhub to inform them and make sure they had my correct address and to contact the seller to have him resend the ticketsI have called them repeatedly, they have "contacted" the seller, but no sign of my tickets which cost $The first representative I spoke with told me that in the event that I was not sent my tickets, they would find me similar tickets to the event, now I am being told that if I don't receive my tickets there is nothing they can doDespite them having a ticket guarantee, I am being told I will be unable to receive tickets OR any kind of refund at all

Had an instance where I sold my Indians tickets on Stubhub and accidentally listed tickets w the same seats..I went back in to change the error hours later but the system wouldn't allow the changeTwo sets of tickets sold but they were the same seats and when I tried to correct the seating error to the correct seat Stubbum wouldn't convert the changeSo I had to pay over $for my error then I posted the same tickets on Stubhub which were sold..So in essence Stubhub got paid twice for the same tickets

I am not a professional ticket seller, I am a person selling legitimate tickets to a Broadway show (show date March 10, 2018)Since my husband is currently unemployed, I decided to put my tickets up for sale on StubHubIf they sold, great, if not, I would go to the showOn Sunday, March 4th the tickets sold and on Monday morning, March 5th, I started putting together the package of tickets to send to the buyerWhen I logged into Ticketmaster to print the tickets, I wouldn't figure out how to print them, as they came up as electronic ticketsOn the ticketmaster website, It said "your device is your ticket", but it also advised to print hardcopy photos of the tickets to have "just in case"At that point I stopped and called StubHub customer serviceI am a regular person, just trying to make sure the people who bought the tickets could go to the show without problemHence, the phone call to stub Hub, to make sure I did the right thing to get the tickets to the end userI expl

I purchased tickets for a show through StubHub, while I had my reservations about their verification process I understood that if I got to the show and was not allowed entry that StubHub would get me equivalent ticketsI became sick and tried to list my tickets for resellI went onto their mobile app and tried to submit my listing and was met with an error message saying that the listing hadn't been posted because an error occurred and it said to try again laterSo I went onto my computer this time, onto their website, and submitted a listing and a confirmation screen showedAfter a work call, I went to check my app and it said that the listing WAS posted twice and soldConcerned for the buyer I contacted StubHub's live chat and was told that they would cancel the sale but that I would be charged"The charge may be  of prices )40% of the price that you listed the tickets for 2) the difference between what you listed for and the cost of the new tickets The higher of those will be applied." This was sent to me by *** over their chatWhen I asked for the contact information of someone I could appeal this fee too, I was told "Trust me no one you speak to will be able to do anything about the fees." When I asked for a a formal complaint line or address I was sent the address for StubHub headquartersI was also told that StubHub's method of "verification" is that they have a reader that confirms whether or not PDFs are realThey have no way to prevent two listings for the same seats being postedI am going to be charged ~$because the StubHub mobile app has a glitch in its system

I bought a festival ticket *** *** *** from an Olympia record store called Rainy Day RecordsI purchased my tickets on *** I still have my original receiptI have spoken to the manager of Rainy Day Records who can also provide a copy of my receipt and transaction numberI sold my tickets through StubHub well over a month ago, and had my tickets mailed to the buyer on *** *** *** *** *** event was scheduled to occur between June and June 16, 2018; the reason for selling my tickets was because I was on track to graduate on June 15, 2018, the first day of the eventOn Saturday, July 7, (nearly one month after the event has already taken place), I received an email from someone named *** who claimed to be working for the StubHub investigations teamIn my first email, *** stated that the buyer I sold my tickets to had reported that these tickets were invalid and unable to be scanned, and that now it was my responsibility to prove otherwiseI have gone back

On March 23rd, 2018, I reviewed and purchased tickets to a Mississippi State baseball game The tickets for the advertised "seats" in "Row 7" were listed as "General Admission" but stated that "all four seats would be together" In addition, the email purchase confirmation listed specifically numbered seats in Row However, upon receipt and printing of the actual tickets, it was stated they were "Standing Room Only" and that NO seats we associated with this ticket selection Upon issuing a complaint to Stub Hub via telephone, their only response was to offer a Stub Hub coupon for future Stub Hub purchases equal to the value of the Stub Hub fees but not the ticket price So much for their 100% Fan Protect Guarantee Cleary a case of "advertising"

Twice this week I had tickets for sale that expired at showtimeI noticed that other tickets were still for sale, and I also purchased tickets this week for a different show minutes after the show beganSo, I wanted to know why I was able to buy after a show began and why some tickets were still for sale while mine had expiredI was told that only preferred sellers have their tickets on sale for minutes past showtimeI asked how someone is supposed to know that, especially given it's advertised you can purchase tickets up to minutes after the show beginsI asked where it is statedI was told it isn't stated and only preferred sellers would know thatI asked what defines a preferred seller and could not get an answerVery misleading

I listed a ticket for sale on StubHub as many people doWhen I created an account on the merchant's website, I opted for a simple Single Sign On method using my *** accountBack story: My *** account was created years ago using an e-mail address that ends in ***Many people do not even recognize this e-mail address because THEY NO LONGER EXIST and was bought about by *** and later *** serversNeedless to say, the e-mail address I use daily is my *** accountOn ***'s settings, I had even changed my e-mail to be my *** addressIt turns out that StubHub stored my *** e-mail as my primary contact along with my cell phone number and addressI noticed this at the time of creating the account and actually adjusted by inputting my *** account as the secondary contact(I was not able to change my primary e-mail contact)I was later told that the only way to change my primary contact was by CALLING THEM AND WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPN

Do not use StubHub International!!! I used StubHub to purchase tickets to a soccer game in Mexico City at Azteca StadiumIt was the America vs Chivas games originally scheduled for September 23, Then Mexico City had the devastating earthquake that caused a rescheduling of the eventI immediately contacted StubHub before I left the United States on my trip to Mexico CityExplained that I would no longer be able to attend the rescheduled event and needed the tickets refundedThey said the only option was to resale the ticketsSo I requested they immediately place them up for saleA few weeks after my trip I received continuous e-mails from StubHub Mexico asking if I wanted to sell my ticketsI continued to respond immediately saying yes I want them for saledays before the newly scheduled event I received another e-mail that said my tickets were still not listed and asking if I wanted to sell themI immediately called StubHub explaining my situationThey refused to help me because StubHub US does not deal with international eventsThey gave me multiple e-mail addresses to send feedback and request my tickets be soldI never received any responsesSo now I am out more than $because of something that was beyond my control with absolutely no support from StubHubI will NEVER use this website again, even if it is the only site selling tickets to the event I wish to attendDo not use them! Worst customer service experience ever and the loss of money makes it far worse

I posted two tickets for sale on stubhub.*** approximately days before an event in our cityThe policies told me that the ad would expire days later (day before the event)On the day of the event, seeing as how the tickets hadn't sold, we decided to go ourselvesAt minutes prior to showtime, an email came in saying that the tickets had been soldHowever, we were already in the event with our cell phones offSo after the show, we see the email (with the wrong name and event time) and this was followed up with an email from Stubhub saying that the tickets didn't work for the buyer (though I'm not sure how that would ever work as the contact from Stubhub incorrectly listed the showtime as hours later despite us listing the correct time)We explained what happened and their only response was to immediately charge us for an additional $"recoup fee" as per their "seller policies"This charge was never authorized by me as we were still in discussion about the technical er

Stub hub and I had a contract that they sell my ticket and ONLY in the event of permanently cancelled (NOT postponed) show can they then refund the sale of the ticketsWell they lied reimbursed the buyer and back billed me the moneyI have ALL correspondence from *** stating concert is ONLY postponed and the new date was also setIn addition I have emails from stub hub acknowledge the show is only postponed but they refunded due to change of a band memberThey then lied still claiming cancellation of the show not postponement even though even on the bands site says also POSTPONEDThe tickets are their problem as they own them now not meIf was their breech of contract to me that they refunded the tickets and no longer my responsibility unless the show was never postponed

Stubhub backed out on deal! I sold x tickets to a concert and sent the wristbands WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to the buyer x hours before the wristbands arrived, Stubhub allowed the buyer to cancel the order even though the tickets were enroute and delivered in the next hours All this was more than hours before the event started To make it worse, Stubhub charged me x times the current market value for replacement tickets In the end, the buyer ended up with x tickets for the price of and I was down $even though I sold tickets!

I ordered tickets through StubHub for a Paris Saint Germain soccer match and they sent me tickets in the incorrect sectionThey sent me tickets in a worse section and did not get the correct tickets to me until minutes before the match startedThen they said I had to print the tickets, which caused me to be minutes late to the matchI reported the issue multiple days before the event and it took them to right before the game to resolve the problemNever using them again

Expectations set & missed, zero callback ability, blaming of other depts, overcharged: On Tues July 26th, I called Stuhbub to immediately report a minor issue with a $*** ticket listing for an event occurring Fri Aug 5thI had incorrectly listed the seating section, and I offered comparable replacement ticketsAfter waiting on hold for over minutes, I reached a Stubhub customer service rep, who took my information & set the expectation that they would contact the ticket buyer within 48hrs to report the issueThe rep also told me that because I proactively reached out & offered comparable seats, that I should expect to be charged 20-25% of the transaction [approximately $**], which I agreed was appropriateOn Friday July 29th, I had still not received an update or callback as promised, so I proactively called Stubhub customer service & waited on hold againThat rep informed me that another Stuhub dept had failed to contact the buyer as promisedThe buyer had no

Don't get ripped off by these guys, sell your tickets through Ticketmaster's re-seller If you sell a ticket through Stubhub and ANYTHING happens with the ticket, whether it was within your control or not, they have the ability to charge you whatever they desire
they will not provide you with proof of their "incurred charges" You end up with two choices, pay whatever they decide to charge you or be turned over to a collection agency
Stubhub will screw you over and send you to a collection agency even though they end up whole in the transaction
BEWARE!!!!!

I purchased three *** *** tickets on *** ***, for $*** for a concert that was supposed to take place *** 8th *** in *** FL (*** *** *** ***) On ***, *** 6, *** the iconic 49-year-old singer announced via social media that she would be postponing her tour indefinitelyA majority of customers have already received a refund and I have notStubhub has told me they will not refund since *** *** has only 'postponed' the concert and not canceled itThis "postponement", I believe is legally due to the fact postponements typically come with a specific date and venue confirmationTherefore, legally I consider this a "cancellation"

I sold a match ticket on *** *** a football match for the*** *** *** on 5/18/The Reference number for the transaction is: *** I have sent numerous e-mails and requests asking for my payment of $but I always get "we're working on it" answerThis has been happening for over monthsThey asked for my bank information and I sent it to them more than onceThey said they need a *** code to send me the payment and I told them my bank only uses a routing number like most banks in the USA do and there must be a different way to send my payment if they can't use the routing numberThey can send me a check, use a different bank as a mediator to route my payment to my bank, etcThey said OK we will work on sending you the payment then I heard nothing from them for several weekI contacted them again and they said we can send you the money through PayPalSo I sent them my PayPal account information but they still have not sent me the payment and they s

On November 1, 2017, I purchased tickets to what I thought was George Benson in West Palm Beach, FL but upon recieving a confirmation email, I realized there was a mistake and I was being sent tickets for a play called The King and IImmediately after purchasing the tickets and recieving the confirmation email, I contacted Stub HubI spoke to representatives who not only declined to make an attempt to help resolve the issue, they both refused to put a supervisor or manager on the phone for me to speak toI placed another call to Stub Hub the following morning and immediately asked to speak to a manager, the manager I spoke to attempted to repost the tickets for me and intercept themHe told me because the concert date was only a few days away he could not relist them but continued to intercept the tickets while in transit to me anyway which I didn’t find out until I never received the tickets on the date of the showHe apologized and said he placed a $credit on my account,
