Was looking to purchase ticketsIn order to do so you sign in with *** or your *** accountThey do not show the total amount or fees for the tickets till after you enter your card informationWe had to enter it multiple times before it would paid to shore the final page with the feesAfter clicking buy now to get to the final page with the fees it took about minutes to loadSo I pressed the back button to try againAs I pressed it the final page popped up with the fees and then a few seconds later a blank screen poppoed up with words stating tickets sold outI was fine with that since I noticed they charged a processing fee and the total was way too high for our accountA few hours later we were charged for those ticketsI called to find out why and cancelI Was told it was a valid purchase since we put out card information in and that they could not refundWas given an option to sell them on their site, which we have to pay forThey are literally committing fraud

I am Highly unsatisfied with my experience with STUBHUB!! Firstly I bought etickets and they changed it, and mailed me tickets(first to the wrong address)When I finally got the tickets in the mail a day before the event, they showed a price of dollars on the ticketThey Charged me almost twice what they were actually worth! This business is a rip off, I will always buy my tickets from Ticketmaster from now on!

Listed Tickets on StubHubAfter a few weeks decided to remove ticketsWent to logical choice from limited selection on home page and clicked on My Tickets-Listings which took me to the listing I placedFrom this page I was unable to figure out how to remove listingI zeroed out amount, tried to click on Zero tickets from drop down (Zero not an option) clicked on some scroll bar that allowed you to adjust ticket price and then I clicked on help at the top of the page and typed in how to delete ticketsSomehow the tickets sold without my clicking on anything to submit an updated price and StubHub customer service makes me sound like the bad guyThis is a software issue on their end and I was charged for itI won't even get into the deceptive email I received making me believe the order had been cancelled and the charge was only to reimburse Stubhub for payments made? Worst experience ever!
