I have had several problems and the worst customer service in an attempt to simply get an AC adaptor cord for my Dell laptop I won't go into all the details here, but I received the wrong cord twice (after about hours on the phone trying to get the right one) before finally receiving the correct cord I was in direct contact with the same agent several times over as he was good enough to give me his extension He knew the situation and that I had cords to return to the company With that knowledge, he sent me one form for the return of both cords I emailed both him and another person that had sent me a follow up email about me returning the cords to ensure that this one form I received was enough to ensure that I got a full refund for BOTH cords I did not get a reply, so assumed that it was ok I sent both cords in original packaging taped very well together with the required purolator form on the outside and immediately emailed Dell with the tracking number once I dropp

my dell computer is days old I have had more prob withthis one than any other I have been talking to dell techsupport my computer will loose internet they had me checking wires said it was the modem and I know it wasn t because I ran check on it and the computor was not talking to the modem after at least more times they said a driver need ed to be updated next it was I had to many files on it then I heard I shoulf send back for repairs take weeks to repair I want a new computor not a repaired one the worst thing that had happen to me today they wanted me to go into a site he gave me and macafee showed not to go on it unsafe this tech, called me back times and tryed to get me to go on I tell you I don t have much to say about dell and after today what were they trying to do

I have been a Customer Service Department Head for years, and in the Customer Service field for over yearsI have purchased Dell computers and each have had their respective issues but, in this year the level of below par customer service is just too awful to not write aboutOn May 19th, I placed an order for their upper echelon Alienware computers for $4,USDThe estimated delivery date was May 27th, I called Dell multiple times to check on my order, each time with someone who doesn't speak clearly and whom kept reciting repetitive and obviously generic responsesThe one consensus that the representatives assured me was that the computer was nearly finished on May 26th and would be delivered on May 27thIt was May 27th at 1:am and the estimated delivery date was now moved to June 2nd, with no e-mail or notificationI contacted them via Facebook direct message to which they said they would place an expedited marker on my order so it would be expeditedIt is now June 1st with no new news or contact on the "expedited" order which did absolutely nothing to help the situationFour different representatives assured me it would be finished on May 26th and would be delivered May 27thIt is now nearly another 7-days later and it has yet to be shippedI have spoken to the Dell facebook team, the twitter team, and personally E-mailed Michael Dell who referred the e-mail to another advanced resolution representative "Surendra Raj" who ASSURED me he'd call me with a follTuesday with the updated specifics of that orderIt's now Wednesday nightAfter give him 48-hours to redeem some semblance of respect I once had for this company he let me down once again as a representative of DellI am expecting my delivery to be pushed back further and with no apology or notification from DellMind you, this is the kind of customer service given to someone purchasing the most expensive computer model Dell offers, I can only imagine what other have enduredWith 1-star customer service ratings on websites reviewing consumer experiences and with positive review on this Revdex.com website and over 180+ negative reviews this company still has an A+ rating? I'm not sure where the world is advancing in terms of commerce but, I can tell you that the continued treatment of consumers in this manner will lead to Dell going out of business quite quicklyThere are many competitors on the rise and because of this situation I regrettably must now seek them out and abandon my 15+ year purchase history with Dell

I have Dell laptopsI started facing problem in both the laptops in March / April I have been dealing with Dell on the repair of the systems first and when things did not work out Dell said they will exchange the systemsNow they are denying the exchange of system and for other its been more than months I have not received the exchanged system yet

I bought a Dell computer for my father who is years oldI specifically bought the computer with a year enhanced service and a microsoft package which included excel powerpoint and wordIt also came with some antivirus for a year
When my dad tried to install microsoft package they told him that the computer was more than days old (it was bought in November)
He then was told the laptop loaded with viruses and there was nothing they could do to help him
He ended up being told he could not access the microsoft package and so he had to buy another one from another a local store
He then got talked into a lifetime coverage plan for laptop and antivirus software The cost who knowsThis is outrageous and clearly a bit of taking advantage of the elderly Dell is impossible to deal with -- the receipt in below and you can clearly see we paid for year premium service, the microsoft plan and some antivirus should be on there

As I said in my email, I am not looking for money back, but I am extremely concerned that if I have any issues, if and when I get this computer I have NO way to get help from Dell
