I placed Purchase ID *** for (1) copy of PSStreet Fighter V on 1/26/for $from Dell.comI used promotional e-gift cards to pay for the order, which have since expiredI contacted Dell for a refund since I never received the item and received the following response:

Thank you for the response
I understand from your E-mail that there you do not have the order number for this game and the order confirmation E-mail you received states only the Dell Purchase ID : ***I see that you have made payment with the gift card and would like to get refund
I really apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, I will be pleased to assist you
***, the order was not processed at all and you were not charged on this orderSince the gift card is valid only for days from the date of issue, the gift card was already expired in which you believe it was charged on this order but, it is not

My laptop, a Dell Inspiron i7559, was sent to Dell CTS for repair of a broken monitor hingeThe monitor hinge detached from the laptop casing, causing the plastic shell casing to break open upon any movement of the monitor (see picture: ***)

I placed an order on Jan 9th and was told the estimated delivery date was Jan 17thBut until Jan 17th I didn't get any update or notice about the orderSo I contacted the Dell service and they informed me my order was delayed to Jan 24thOne case manager helped me with this and I got his email to ensure my package would be delivered
Until Jan 24th, no update and no notice about my orderThen I contacted the case manager and the Dell serviceThe case manager ensured again my order would be delivered by Feb 6thAnd then the customer service told me "the item is no longer available, the order will be canceled automatically for out of stock"
My problem is that I've been informed the date my order should be deliveredAnd I wait and wait againFinally Dell tell me it's out of stock and even no longer available for saleI think is so tricky and Dell wasted my time and energy

This company has been extremely slowing handling with the refundThe order has been returned several months and I still didn't get the refund

I purchased a Dell laptop from Best Buy in June, After about a month, the laptop began having problems with the touchpad not working

I received a new computer as a gift for ChristmasWithin one week of using the computer the entire memory was taken up by software updates I called the customer service line to see what I could do about clearing up space on the hard drive and was redirected to four different departmentsMultiple departments told me that I could upgrade my hard drive to a larger memory but that was a complete lieWhen speaking to the final customer support member, I was put on hold for an extended period of time and then hung up onIt was too difficult to go back and find the person that I was speaking to since I had been redirected by four different employees I also received no call back to indicate that it had been a mistakeSince the customer support employees didn't know anything about the products, it turned into a very stressful situation that took up way too much of my time and ended up with no resolution and being hung up on by customer supportI was very patient and used no vugalrity
