On Friday, November 25, at P.MEST I called Dell to purchase a Dell Inspiron Desktop and Dell Monitor that was offered as a Black Friday special price at P.MEST The Dell representative (named *** at Ext***) took my order, my name, address, email address, and credit card information I was told by the Dell representative that I would receive an email confirmation I never received an email confirmation I called Dell back and after several hours of being transfered from one person to another, I spoke to a supervisor who told me that the computer that I wanted sold outThey could not explain why the Dell representative took my order in the first placeWhen I placed my original call to Dell, I specifically asked if I should order the computer online or if a Dell representative could take my order as I did not want to miss the special Black Friday dealDell told me a representative could take the order

After days, I did not get any cancellation or delivery detail email from Dell so I called Dell Customer Service on 05/24/to resolved the issue, after talking for hours of transferring me to Sale Department, Credit Department then back to customer service round and round about times then I got hang up but not sure if is intention or not so I keep a positive mindThe next day I called Customer Service hope for a better outcome but the same thing happe

A 2-in-convertible Dell laptop I purchased from *** *** in Taunton, Massachusetts on 6/24/broke the following January (1/16/17, to be exact)The hinge broke after converting it into "tablet" mode only a few timesClearly, this was not an overuse issueThe laptop was never dropped, bumped, or misused in any other wayIt literally just snapped during use, and I barely ever used it in tablet mode
I contacted Dell on 1/16/to have them repair it, since this is clearly not wear and tear, but clearly a faulty hingeDell told me, "Your computer has basic computer hardware support which do not support accidental/ physical damages." - I replied multiple times to re-iterate that this is clearly a faulty part, but I keep getting the same, what seems like an automated responseAll I want is a non-broken laptop that I can use in tablet mode, which is what I had purchased

Placed order, got charged to credit card, Dell Order system crashed, no confirmation, order status = cancelled, spent 2+ hours of my life playing India customer service phone transfer game, no resolution!! and then got transferred back to the start of phone handoff game again- ZERO resolution, ZERO accountability ZERO ability to resolve anything - --- totally anti customer and TOTALLY killing any future or return business - I will never buy or ever recommend DELL ever again personally and to large corporations !!!! Also, I provide my order and contact information no less than times and phone # I was calling from - so ZERO quality customer service automation - Absolutely Horrible Experience - business prevention vscustomer service - they are killing Dell customers and by default killing Dell !

I placed orders on 10/06/which all included a $promotional gift card which were never received Additionally, one of the orders came damaged due to water which was returned and a refund was never provided I have chatted and called for countless hours after the last several months being promised that the issues are finally resolved yet never are
The return order has a service request number *** Gift cards were used to purchase this order, which are no longer available to me and all attempts to send me emails from cashstar do not work No one has been able to reissue a new gift card for the amount of $
The promotional cards for the other orders have a service request number *** I had one of the nine sent to another email address No promised follcalls or issuance of the remaining eight gift cards

We purchased a new lap top on 8/and received it on 8/ It states we have days to return it I tried to do so in the allotted time period and was told today by a fell customer service rep that nope, it's from the day it was billed not the day it was received I feel this is very unscrupulous and highly deceiving I kept getting calls from Dell to add more time to my warranty package I called on the 30th day and was told I missed the return deadline by one day To me it is logical that it would start the day it was received because the entire reason why there is a day policy is so that we the consumer have time to use the product and make sure it's a good fit It is not a good fit

On Nov 28th I order a computer, bag and mouse for the computer onlineI then found out that they took the money out of my account and then cancelled my orderI was told that since the computer was cancelled the bag was cancelled and so was the mouseWell I got the credit back on computer, and mouse but still have a charge of for the bagI have been in contact with Ms *** *** about the amount and she has said that since it was cancelled that it can not be chargedSo I sent her a picture of my account which shows the charges for the computer and then then the other chargeSo now she said I have to go with bankThis company should not have A+ rating with all the negative reviews that they have gottenSo my charge was on 12/they credited back so I am out the for the computer bag that I did not receive

I ordered a product off of their website, it was confirmed and went through their system I received a shipment notice and waited for it to be delivered I checked the tracking information and was noted on the day of delivery it was intercepted and shipped to a different address without my consent I called *** (courier) and was notified that a return to sender was issued My package was essentially stolen and no notice of refund or cancellation was given It is now two business days after it being received on their end and still no notice of resolution I emailed them for a resolution and no return emails were sent The status of my order on their website states no foul play on their end and still states that I will be receiving my package, even though it has been rerouted and essentially stolen by them This is a breach of contract on their end and they even break their own Terms of service:

I purchased a Dell Venue Pro in October I also have an extended warranty that expires in I first started having problems with this tablet in June of This tablet has been sent in for repair numerous times I saved all of my email from Dell when problems first started After numerous times in for repair, Dell finally replaced with a refurbished tablet The refurbished tablet also has problems and was sent in for repair When I received back from repair depot, after being assured from the advanced resolution group that the tablet would work, again not working correctly The customer support person from the advanced resolution group is now not returning my calls that had been put on his schedule and not returning emails I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible I looked at Dells website and now my old tablet shows with expired warranty and the replacement tablet is not showing as a product that I own

I tried to make a purchase on their site for an advertised computer deal of $(***) The computer was part of their cyber monday deals However, I was unable to buy the computer due the fact the sale "expired" before day's end There is nothing on the site stating that the deal expires during the day Yet they still advertise the item as being for sale I feel I was lead to the site for the deal only for them to try and deal me a more expensive machine
