The problem started when the product was still under warrantyThe product was repaired on two different occasions while still under warrantyThe same issue arose after warrantyThe product was used mildly, not excessively which is why I know dell sold me a lemonInternal software issues like the one I encountered should be fixed or refunded by dellThis computer was intended to last me years but as a lemon computer it lasted me (less the repair time ~month)Repairs were never the solution, it was always going to crash again even if it is repaired by dell a thirds time, it will crash again

I brought a new dell laptop and it does not perform I have contacted dell and they are telling me that all they can try to is fix it which they have done several times but couldn't now they are telling all the can do is to try to fix it again or replace it with a refurbished laptop why do I have to settle for a refurbished laptop when I bought this one new less than days ago can you help me

They sent my computer along with password, sensative documents, and the computer by mistake to a wrong address
None of the agents know what they are doing and they refuse to connect me to their US superiors

I ordered a laptop from Dell and was told that it would be delivered between 6/1/and 6/8/ When I signed onto their website on 6/to check on the status, it showed that it had not been shipped yet I contacted customer service via a chat, and was told that the laptop screen part was out of stock and they had no expected ship or delivery date I asked them when they would have told me this if I hadn't contacted them, and they said they couldn't say I then had to call Dell to cancel the order (I needed it by mid June) and asked to speak to a supervisor They told me they first had to cancel the order (which was done) and then connected me to a supervisor They left me on hold for minutes and then someone came on and said he is trying to connect me to his supervisor but minutes later, I am still on hold right now The supervisor just got on the line and told me that the notification would have come from a different department so there is nothing he can do to improve the process If they had contacted me with an alternate solution I might have been OK but I feel that this has been handled very poorly
