I do not remember the month and year I bought my Dell laptop The Service Tag is [redacted] Just like any other laptops, Dell installed a Winndows Operating System in it, and this Windows automatically update itself periodically I really never had a problem with its update until recently The current problem is that it downloaded a .NET Application and other applications into my laptop, installed and executed them They caused bugs in my laptop that randomly jumped the cursor of the mouse and prevent my laptop from shutting down I emailed Dell Technical Support, but they responded that they will charge me and offered me three different pricing options The thing is that I really honestly did not thing wrong to my laptop The problem was that the Windows updated itself periodically and caused the bugs So, why does Dell charge me ?

My laptop went to the Dell facility for repairIt came back without being repaired [redacted] at Dell customer support was not able to supply a shipping label to resend the laptop for repairAfter two weeks of emails he provided a shipping label with the wrong person and address on itSupervisor [redacted] could not help throughout this processIn [redacted] ' final email he referred to me as "Mr [redacted] ." I have no idea who Mr [redacted] or the person on the supplied shipping label areMy laptop has not been repaired and they have had the case open for weeksDell Service Request Number is [redacted]

In November of 2016, I purchased laptops from DellWhen I received confirmation of the order, the order was for the wrong laptopsI called Dell within hour of the order, but they would not change itOver the next daysI spoke to them multiple times on the phoneThey advised me to cancel the order and reorder which I didDell then charged my for four laptops instead of twoDell has sent me laptops and yet have charge me for I have tried to work this out on the phone but to no availI am asking for them to charge me for the two laptops and to refund the money for the order of two laptops that they messed upAgain, I am only asking to pay for the laptops that I received

Hello, on 6/8/I purchased a monitor "Dell Ultra HD 4K Monitor P2415Q" for $401.25, but after ordering it I decided that it was not what I needed, therefore, I called Dell to cancel the order, but they convinced me of keeping by giving a discount of 20%, the total discount with the Tax included was $that was credited on 6/15/ The monitor was shipped, but I end up refusing the delivery of the monitor Dell received the monitor on 6/16/2016, since then I have been waiting for them to credit my card with the difference of $and it's been impossible to get them to do thatI have called a few times and talked to different Customer Service Representatives who keep on telling me that in the next few days I will get my credit and nothingFedEx tracking number that proves that they received the monitor, something that they have admit it in all the conversations we had is [redacted] Thank you in advance for your help Cordially, [redacted]

Dell is negligent on the warranty and service and productive results on this tablet ; after yrs and 100's of hours logged in on Dell technical support sessions ; we are promised e-mail responses and are continuously recieving numerous responses that they are working on the problem , after several returns and repairs , Dell is sending the unit back defectiveagain today an hour and 1/conversation w/ dell saying they are working on it This tablet service code is # [redacted] this number used as a reference for this Dell tabletIt has been months now and my handicapped sister needs a functioning tablet We purchased a second warranty yrwarranty for $dollars , upon their advice, after this tablet was serviced twice , against my better judgement but they insisted instead of a replacementby purchasing a new tablet at that time

I bought a computer with a year warranty and dell is refusing to honor it

I purchased my computer less than a year ago, I have constantly been getting messages on it that my hard drive is full I purchased the one year warranty I have attempted to get them to fix it, but all they want to do is to bill me for it I have spent over a half hour talking to numerous people and they have been no help My operation software was installed incorrectly so it did not partition my drive correctly This is a manufacture issue and should be warrantied

I purchased an alienware t-shirt for my nephew months ago, it STILL hadn't shippedattempted to cancel the order twice in past week...when calling was placed on hold and transferred to different reps, and in the end, after hours on hold, I still am unsure if I will get my money back!! Purchased a TV on Black Friday They sent the wrong model number TV, one that is $cheaper Took emails and phone calls being on hold for mins each time to talk with someone that would not agree to send me the correct TV They did a pick up of the TV and said the would refund my money but never did So now I am out $1, I wanted them to send me the right TV, they did not I wanted customer service to fix the problem they did not I sent the TV back and now I do not have my money back? We purchased a laptop from Dell about months ago Currently we are unable to use it Every time it is opened or closed, the corner of the laptop comes apart We have a basic warranty for a year I contacted Dell customer service and they say we have to pay for it because it is a physical problem A quick google search will show that this is a consistent defect in Dell laptops They obviously know about the problem with the laptops but still try to get the customer to pay for it after only months

On March 16, 2016, I contacted Dell regarding 100% disk usage, crackling in the speakers, and the mouse randomly hanging up Dell informed me that I would need to speak with the software department regarding the disk usage, but they would send a tech out to look at the palm rest and as the speakers The first tech to work on my system replaced the palm rest and said I would need to contact tech support to get them to send replacement speakers After he had left, I discovered he had incorrectly put the laptop back together I contacted tech support and sent them pictures of the laptop Tech support stated they would send another tech out to replace my speakers and go over the system I was assured it would not be the same tech For the next week, tech support kept trying to dispatch the original tech to work on my system It was not resolved until had them check the dispatch number against the number that was calling me A new tech was dispatched to work on my laptop

I purchased a Model Inspiron Laptop on November (order number [redacted] ) through the Dell Member Purchase Program Based on the web page (I have a screen copy), the laptop was to have a "gigabit" ethernet port I confirmed the "gigabit" port spec via chat with a sales rep Sales price was to be $and was to include 5% back in rewards if paid by credit card I paid by credit card I received the laptop days later and it did not have a "gigabit" ethernet port It had a 10/ethernet port I raised the issue to Dell Customer service and they offered to make a $credit to my credit card in settlement of the misrepresentation, which I accepted To date, I have not received the $credit which I was offered in writing under Service Request Number [redacted] I want the credit sent to my account as promised To date, I have not received the 5% back in rewards and my account shows a zero rewards balance Rewards account number is: Account # [redacted]
