I purchased Computers from Dell and they are not even a month oldthese computer's include a Alienware 18, Three xps Laptopsthey have Faulty compound on the Cpu and it spreads on the Motherboard to the north bridge and kills the computer, Once the compound is on the north bridge of the board it makes the computer's SmokeThen powers down, For the Alienware I was promised a Replacement computer I never did Receive It I have a Case number and so on for this matter, Fedex Tracking Shows Delivered but never did getIt was Signed for by [redacted] ***Which is going to be : [redacted] The Service tag of the xps that is Question is [redacted] Then I get a Email Stating this: I am not able to approve the warranty assistance on this system for several reasons The first is that it is not registered in your name You would need to have the ownership transferred to you before we could do anything In order to do that you would need to provide my department with proof of purc

I have been a very loyal customer of Dell.I bought a new laptop of over $1,just over a month ago.I have been having so much technical difficulties with this computer.It shuts of and restarts by itself several times.It makes me lose so many things I am working on including conference calls and work related issues because I work from home.I have not been able to call early because I traveled and have been a very loyal customer with dell.It also makes so much noise and becoming unbearable.I spoke with technical support on 9/10/and the customer service was terrible.No sympathy and the person was not helpful at all.Is that how you train your agents?He could not fix my problem after so many hours on the phone with him.I demand a better treatment from Dell having to spend that much for this laptop.I need this issue to return or replace as soon a s possible.Thank you

purchased a Dell Latitude laptop online have not been able to use it, since the automatic updates do not work have had calls into tech support, lasting about hour each time, and then are told to call Microsoft They still cannot get this work properly If you sell a computer with software installed, it should be checked before the unit is shipped I should not have to spend hours on the phone trying to get support This computer is useless to me and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with your product and especially service
