There seems to be an issue with the Revdex.com process because my only options are to accept this note as resolution (which it is not, it is only a "hey we are looking into it" response) or reject, which I am doing.

 The hard credit inquiry still has not been remove from my credit history/report. This has not been resolved even though the bank states they have resolved it. I will be posting negative comments on my [redacted], [redacted], and all other social media platforms. I am in the process of closing my personal citizens bank account in addition to my business checking account as well. Citizens Bank sucks and is unethical.
