I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
The only way this is satisfied is to forgive the loan.  If they have acknowledge to the Federal Government that they can no longer collect on the loan and decided that they were going to "charge off " to remove it from their balance sheet and ultimately get tax credits there were paid for the loan.  Unless they were lying to the government which is against the law.

 I believe Citizens Bank is not addressing my main concern.  I and Citizens Bank AGREED that the monthly payments I am making and have been making are satisfying this debt.  I have been making these payments in good faith that they (Citizens Bank) would honor their part of the agreement - that is - to maintain the good status of my account.   Nothing was ever mentioned to me about reporting my debt in a manner that would be detrimental to my credit rating.  Had I not requested a copy of my Credit Report, I would never have known that Citizens Bank began reporting this debt nearly eighteen (18) months AFTER our agreement was made - even though they (Citizens Bank) are receiving the payments they agreed to from me. This is very upsetting.  I request that Citizens Bank stop reporting this debt in the fashion that they are reporting it, that they contact the credit agencies and reverse their erroneous reporting in my behalf, and that my otherwise good credit rating be restored.  I also request that Citizens begin sending me monthly statements in the mail.  Now, the only way I can find out that my money is applied to the correct account is to call their office monthly. The only way I get an updated statement is to also call them and request a statement.

As per our phone conversation with the [redacted] representative, the transactions with [redacted]  were processed immediately on the 11th and 14th of September as well as on the 9th of October.  However, on the bank statements they are shown to not be processed until the 14th, 15th and 28th of September and the 13th of October.  This refutes what their letter states to us, and only convinces me more that there is indeed error and deception on behalf of Citizen's bank.  I am extremely dissatisfied with this kind of service.

There was fraudulently $395 taken out of the business checking account.  Citizens Bank has admitted the fraud issue, but has still not opted to reimburse the money so fraudulently taken from the business.

[Citizen Bank lied to me on the phone.  They claimed there was a $250 direct deposit requirement for the account I opened.  They also claimed that I was required to keep the advertisement in my possession in order to prove my position.  I confirmed with my girlfriend ([redacted]) who also opened the same account with the same offer, that no such $250 amount was required.  Citizen Bank uses deceptive advertising practices to lure customers with phony offers of bonuses which they have no intention of paying.]

Please add your rejection comments below. The response provided by Citizens Bank is not appropriate for several reasons: 1.  Citizens Bank failed to take responsibility for a legally binding contract that expired on May 25th, 2016.   Under writing and Loan Officer fully understood my commitment to the buyer and had the Legal Contract in their possession since April 10th, 2016.  The contract clearly outlined I and my lender had 45 days to get the loan approved.   Citizens Bank failed to provide timely updates to my Lawyer, [redacted], Esq. (details below) who repeatedly asked [redacted] ([redacted].[redacted]@citizensbank.com) for updates on the contract prior to April 25th, 2016 so that we could timely return a response to the seller and his attorney[redacted], Esq.[redacted], LLP[redacted]  [redacted]New York, NY 10016 2.  Citizens Bank claims in its letter of rejection of responsibility for the charges that there was "No Bank Error" because they claim I failed to disclose my rental property. in [redacted]  This is totally NOT the case, I completely provided all requested information including my 2015 Tax Statements, rental statements, rental revenue, rental operating expenses, letters from management company, etc even though they requested it on April 13th (last minute) 12 days before contract expiration.   Citizens Bank's Under Writing Department did not execute their commitment in a timely manner and this resulted in them failing to meet the deadlines of the agreed upon contract.   Furthermore, Citizens Bank failed to provide proper guidance to my lawyer before and after April 25th, 2016 when the contract expired so that he could timely notify the seller that the contract was null and voided.   Citizens Bank had full knowledge of the contract terms and KNEW they had to provide a TIMELY response by April 25th, 2016 or the buyer, in this case me, had deep financial consequences to deal with.   They disregarded these facts and provided a response on May 6th, 2016 WAY PAST DUE the April 25th, 2016 contract date.  As you can imagine, this is a complete DISREGARD to client commitment and resulted in me requesting the aforementioned amount to be refunded by Citizens Bank for their VERY CLEAR negligence to respond in a timely fashion to the agreed upon contract by BOTH parties - buyer and seller. I furthermore, provided, the Office of the Chairman with all supporting documentation showing this fact and they still responded with a letter that they think they made no error.  Based on the reviews of other Revdex.com complaints, this seems to be a recurring issue with Citizens Bank and the way they mistreat their mortgage prospective clients deeply impacting their financial well being. I hope Revdex.com can seriously review this case and influence Citizens Bank to recognize their fault and refund the money owed for their clear negligence. Sincerely,[redacted]
