Revdex.com and Citizen's Bank:Thank you for your time and for investigating this situation!Citizen's Bank has acknowledged and resolved the problem. I don't believe this issue should have went this far or took this much effort, but I am happy now that my ACH bank account isn't accessible anymore merely using the last four of my social security number!

Please add your rejection comments below. I received a phone call from Citizens Financial after my original complaint with the Revdex.com.  I informed the caller his response (which was to send a release of lien) was totally unacceptable.  With a release of lien, it will still cost us $25 to get a title.Citizens Financial never sent us the original title, so we are requesting either a duplicate title provided by them or the $25 as reimbursement to us for never having received a title for a car paid off completely in 2012.

Please add your rejection comments below.  I have not heard any response from this company as of yet I am still trying to have this issue resolved but I am not getting any resolution from the business. I have been told by [redacted] that she turned the informtion over to the business office when I talked to her on June 14. 2016 and if she did not hear from them that she would contact the business office the following week however I have not heard back from her as of June 23, 2016. I still want my complaint kept open because this has not been resolved. At this point I will have to write our Attorney General [redacted] to see if she can help with this frustrating situation.

My rejection is because questions were not answered, such as the arbitrary amount that was withdrawn from my account. I asked this question numerous times and mentioned it in my original complaint, but it has yet to be addressed. Also in the letter I received it stated I was given information about the loans that I could set up a payment plan, but that is just false. In fact, I was told that the representative didn't even know why the money had been withdrawn. She refused to give me any more information and in fact told me I can see everything she can see (alarming to say the least if they don't have more information than their website).Regards,
