Good Afternoon,  We would like to provide more information regarding Case #[redacted] for [redacted], a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  On February 16, 2018 we received a rebuttal complaint from Ms. [redacted]. On February 23, 2018 we provided a status update stating our response was in the final stages of approval and we would be providing a detailed resolution by way of letter as soon as possible.   A detailed response letter has been provided to our customer via mail on March 1, 2018. ( Copy attached for your files) Although the outcome may not have been what Ms. [redacted] had hoped for, we feel we have fully addressed this matter and consider this issue resolved. We request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you for your assistance with this matter,[redacted]Office of the ChairmanCitizens Bank

[redacted]   No that was a totally different matter, that was for the bank account being charged 9.99 per month so he changed the bank account to a one deposit bank account. I then later was charged $35 and before being charged the fee I put the money into the account. Being charged $35 for an overdraft of a $1 is ridiculous especially considering how many months you have been charging me 9.99. I called myself and I did not receive any help. Therefore I reported you to the Revdex.com. This is horrible I have been with this bank since it was charter bank for over 10 years. With so many banks having so many offers and grace periods and just so many helpful features I have stayed loyal and committed and this is the appreciation I receive.

I received a call from bank, but have since left 2 messages and have not heard back. We were told our account would not be auto-deducted once they corrected a previous payment, but they deducted it anyway and put us in financial hardship after the holidays. The damage has been done.
