[I did clear clarification to the agent on August 10,2017 that 1.The appraiser came on May 17 and he reported to loan processor that the house is illegal while its legal and the appraiser stop working  from that day on until June 19 I spoke with the loan processor they are not proceeding the loan until I demolish the upper unit and I inform him for the purpose of getting loan I informed the loan processor that I will not demolish my house at this point I asked him to refund me the money I paid for the processing and appraisal and the loan processor told me yes we will refund you and stop the loan processing.] after we agreed to refund me and stop loan processing meaning after 2 weeks of waiting the refund I got mail that shows they make the appraisal report dated and signed on June 22 2 weeks thus that is completelydifferent story and I do not agree and accept their letter of resolution for this issue I need the money back that I paid for the service that I didn't recieve.

Please add your rejection comments below. Citizens bank did send a letter. However the letter does not state true facts. In the letter it stats the bank kept my account open due to it being over drawn. This is not accurate. The account was in fact brought to $0.00 and closed out at my local branch on [redacted]. [redacted], NY. The woman at the service desk explained to me the account was in fact closed out and no further action was necessary. Citizens bank DID NOT actually close out the account that day and allowed an automatic payment to be made 2 weeks later. This payment that was not authorized caused the account to be over drawn by $37.00 . Citizens did not contact me in regards to this over draw. Instead they charged the account nearly $40 for an over draft and continued to charge the account numerous times to bring the account to a negative $300+As of today September 13, 2016 Citizens bank is 60 days past due in paying [redacted]/ [redacted] $960.00 for invoice #[redacted] bringing actual balance due $1104.00 with 15% late fee

Since my contact with the Office of the Chairman on 8/5, with a very nice Supervisor from that office, I have not heard back. I would patiently wait, however since that time I have received a warning letter from Citizens bank that my interest in the loan would be canceled if I did not provide specific documentation, one piece of which is agreeing to the new terms that were a part of my bait-and-switch complaint.

Good Afternoon,  We would like to provide more information regarding Case #[redacted] for [redacted], a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  On July 25, 2017, we received a Revdex.com rebuttal communication from Ms. [redacted] stating she had not yet received any response from the Bank.Previously, a detailed resolution letter had been mailed to Ms. [redacted] (June 29, 2017).  We provided a copy of that response letter to both the Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted] on July 25, 2017, via the Revdex.com Portal.  (copy attached)  On August 5, 2017, the Revdex.com notified us this complaint would be filed as  “Closed as Answered”  but it is currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. Although Ms. [redacted] may remain dissatisfied, we have taken her concerns seriously and have fully addressed this matter and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you for your assistance with this matter,[redacted]Office of the ChairmanCitizens Bank

Good Afternoon,  We would like to provide more information regarding Case #[redacted] for [redacted], a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  On January 3, 2018 we received a rebuttal communication from Ms. [redacted] in response to our status update stating we were still researching her concerns and would be providing a detailed resolution by way of telephone or letter once our research was completed.   On January 5, 2018 we provided a second status update to which Ms. [redacted] communicated a second rebuttal complaint. A detailed response letter has been provided to our customer via mail on January 25,  2018.
