To date (August 14, 2017) I still have not received a letter from Citizens Bank, have not received a phone call from Citizens Bank, have not had anything done to resolve this issue

Good Morning, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. In Ms***’s rebuttal complaint of May 13, contact information for her attorney was provided and she requested future correspondence be directed thereWe communicated with customer’s attorney via telephone on May 16, We advised the ChexSystems reporting was updated as of May 14, 2016.We also provided the attorney with a detailed response letter via mail on May 20, 2016. Ms***’s attorney and the Bank consider this matter resolved and request the Revdex.com status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. [I received a call from *** on 11/15, I returned her call on 11/and 11/ I still have not heard back I just want my account credited the $that was charged to me on items that had already posted to my account when there was plenty of money to pay them.]

Revdex.com: Yes I would still like a formal response from citizens bank on why they are so slow at taking care of business and not doing things in a timely manner which caused me to become a victim of fraud 2x since it took them a month to open a new account and in the process was not able to transfer funds in or out of the other scam merchants account and back into my bank accountI had spoken to several citizens bankReps and they never had the information correctEven when I was on the website reiterating the info and was told the info on the website was incorrectFurthermore the reps that were handling my case filed paperwork incorrectly and delayed the process multiple timesAlso called 1x and the rep sounded like she was sleeping on the phone which caused more confusion down the lineIt is entirely unfair that a financial institution would handle things in this manner and cause such problems for the customer

How can I update my complaint? The company responded that they would provide a response directly to me on 4/6/ As of 4/27/2016, the company has not provided a response or resolved my matter I have repeatedly called the company and left voice messages requesting an update.Thank you,*** ***
