Charter one/Citizen bank has requested a contact and received my number but has not followed up contacting Under duress, I have sent the $to prevent the lien process I still expect Charter One to put a lien on my property due to technicality reasons At this point I have not received a response from Charter and do not expect one They are not a local business, they are not from our community, they do not from here, they have no reason to reason because they have good lawyers writing contracts to benefit their bottom line The best they can do is say "Sorry" and yes they are a Sorry bunch

I have been told this would be handled and it hasn'tI had the option to contact the media regarding this complaint when I initialed the complaintI think that is now necessary since no one wants to contact meIt's now been months the account has been openedI have yet to receive the checks I was told would be at my house in 7-daysI still have the line of credit on my account, and I still was never refunded the $they just took from my accountI also have the inquiry on my credit from the teller pulling my credit without my knowledgeThe bank I work for would have had this resolved immediately, not drag their feet and ignore the personI will be contacting the news, I have a feeling this is happening to more people than me and it shouldn't Regards, [redacted]
