Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have not heard from the business in regards to this matter In addition, I did receive a refund check for the monies owed to me in the amount of $ I deposited the check into my bank account Within days Citizens Bank had placed a Stop Payment on the Check I was assessed fees from my bank for the dishonored check I have contacted Citizens three times in regards to this matter and the response I get each and every time is they are researching the situation and do not have an answer for me Regards, [redacted]
