There is too much to even write aboutHorrible customer service by Paul in Boca RatonWe came in there today Feb 27th
Purchased many pieces of furniture from city furniture in the past yearsCouch we barely used was of such poor quality that today inspector came and agreed it was badThen I called customer service and finally convinced her to let me reselect a new sofaWent to Boca Raton location and unfortunately had a guy named Paul assist usHe had no care to help us, he was yawning, falling asleep, ignoring us, walking away etcThen we finally picked something on our ownCalled him over and told him what we wantedHe had no clue what he was doing and made it like we were annoying himThen we had to add money towards new sofaWe go to pay, still no clue what he was doing, very rude, no thank you, no sorry for this inconvenienceNothing! After we paid he walked away like we were nobodyI am infuriated!!!

The reason if this review is because I'm very unhappy with the service of this companyBack on 8/27/I've purchased a set of couches one for $1,the other for $1,also paid for in home service for years, $a with a pure care kit FOR DOLLARSSo it happened that in our move to our new condo that we had purchased I have taken the cover off the seats because I din't want them to get dirty and placed them in a large trash bagSo my husband by mistake through it out thinking it was debris from our renoSo I gave customer service a call they told me that they were not able to take the payments for the replacements parts over the phone and on May 19, I came into the store to pay for the parts like I was instructed by the warranty customer service DepA lady by the name of *** *** took my payments and as I was giving her my credit card she asked for the address and I told her let me give you my new address which is the same mailing and billing for my deliverySo days passed and though that I should contact them over the phoneI was told that my delivery was send, and to my surprise when I asked the customer service guy where was it send, he gave me the old addressI was told that the delivery was gonna take about weeks and they had send it only two weeks after I made the payment at the storeBy mid June I when back to the store spoke to a supervisor I explained the whole ordeal about my merchandise that I had pay another $for seat covers (never paid this much in my life for cover) was never receivedSo they made another orderJust to follow up on it since last time the shipment was send out only two weeks laterThis time I was on top of the issue to make sure it was send to the right addressfind out that they had placed the new order replacement two weeks after I came into the store to complaint about not received the order in the first placethe second order was placed on July 2, So as I waited very patiently for the coversToday August 16th 2017, I got the knock on my door and there is my shipment, to my disbelieve I've only received the covers for the love seatafter months of waiting for covers from Bernhardt who are the manufacturers for the covers
When people buy quality also buy customer service, expedite service and all of that and this company in my case has failed to provided there end of the bargainHow come your products are so expensive and the return treatment for your customer so poorly? months for seat covers at on top of what I've paid $3,for your furniture and still had to pay another $for the covers which I tough was covered with the year warranty and didn't had to pay forI'm very upset at this whole issueSTILL MISSING THE COVERS FOR THE BIG SOFA
Contacted customer service today 8/16/again about the rest of the covers, spoke to the escalation team member by the name of LidiaSShe took the time to emailed the the parts depat City Furniture to get the tracking number for the second shipmentI demanded to be cc me on it, because at this point for me this company is not reliable to their customer

Invoice # XXXXXX - I finally got the exchange I been requesting since November BUT I got a defected mattress!
While the delivery man was here we called City Furniture regarding the defect, I emailed pictures, they offered me $back as a credit of $as a gift card and will get it 7-business days, well I never got itI called *** service on 4/8/and advised me they made a mistake and they can not issue the gift card bc they credit the account! I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT I WANT A MATTRESS THAT DOES NOT HAVE A DEFECT! AND MY GIFT CARD AS PROMISED!

This is the second time I purchased furniture from city furnitureI have had trouble with their warranty departmentnow I have reclining chairs built into my couch , are stuck in the fully opened stage in my living roomThe furniture is only months old and I spent $4000,on this furniture, customer service has known about this for months,They tell me that they are waiting the parts Customer service is hard to get them to answer the phone, but if you stay on hold for about minutes they will eventually answer and basically tell me there is nothing they can do except wait for the parts to come in and then schedule a technician to come and install the new switchesmonths I have been waiting can you imagine that ? im stuck with this I hope you don't get stuck like me

I bought $2,in furniture for a new house in DecemberEVERY single piece head damage upon arrival or broke within a month periodMost has been replaced, one I had to pay for a reshipping fee for a bed frame that had paint flake off the side alreadyThey send a tech out to repair it who admitted it wasn't properly sealed by the factory and repainted and resealed itA day later the work was visible and not blended properly so I called to have the item replaced and they charged me $to replace a piece of furniture that started flaking off paint within a month and their own service technician admitted was made wrong at factoryThe coffee table I had has abrasions on the surface leading to a large dent that was either touched up painted or repaired before delivery as there is large dent but no scratches or mars to the paintIt is hard to see and took me a long time to fi

The service from City Furniture has been terrible: unresolved issues pertaining to financing, very poor folland ongoing unproductive communicationI highly recommend you shop elsewhere for furniture

CITY FURNITURE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DELT WITH AND I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN...BUYER BEWARE!
On August 11, 2018, my wife and I purchased a chaise lounge from City Furniture in Jensen Beach FloridaThe chase was delivered August 15th with the front legs brokenI called customer service (what a joke) they informed me they would replace the chase and the soonest available was On August 23, I informed them we have a memorial service scheduled at our home Saturday, August and after hours of complaining they moved the delivery to August and told me a "Premiere Delivery" was scheduled and they would assure no damageThe chase was delivered on August and the delivery personnel were not "Premiere"They drop off the chase just like the first, in my foyer fully wrappedAs I unwrapped the chase, I noticed the front legs were also brokenI stopped the delivery personnel and asked them to return the broken
