My purchased furniture was returned to City Furniture on November 19, 2018.Receipt received for pick upTo date no refund has been issued

I stated to the operator "I don't have my furniture yet" He didn't care I then called Debra at the Airport road Store and received the same attitude and was informed that I am responsible for making the payments no matter if I have my furniture or not This is quiet a little scam they are running by selling items they dont have and then collecting money on them and then delivering them later like 2-months later This store and their policies simply screams out to me what a bunch of immoral crooks these people are

The salesman said all wear and tear would be covered in the warranty
My husband and I bought a five piece couch set, coffee tables, a sofa table, and a kitchen table and chair set Our salesman told us to get the warranty on the products to cover wear and tear There is now a tear in the sofa When I called the company to get this taken care of, customer service says that it is not part of the warranty package

Horrible company to do business with Never buy anything cash from them, always use a credit card with these people so you can put a stop payment on the order City Furniture took my cash for a large piece of furniture and it was a large chunk of cash City Furniture delivered the wrong piece of furniture to my house I called customer service and tried to talk to a manager and the best I could get on the phone was a customer specialist named *** they would not let me speak to a manager and that lady started laughing at me because I was getting aggravated The Customer Service Specialist told me that it was my fault they delivered the wrong furniture and that I had to take the problem up with the salesman I didn't let the delivery people leave the furniture at my house for very good reason So after the very rude conversation on the phone with the Customer Service Specialist I went down to City Furniture and demanded a refund I was told that City Furniture does not refund cash and that they would mail me a check in to business days A dozen calls and a month and a half later I still don't have my money or a check from City furniture I have every time I've called and who I had talked to documented so I will be contacting an attorney very soon

City Furniture is a legit bad businessWith their bad sales pitch and poor customer service, they pride themselves in ripping people offI bought a dresser and bed set spend about 1700$Item was delivered twice damaged.(looked like it can from a thrift store) How does this happen twiceStore Manager assured me that these things can happen! The delivery guys stepped all over the very rug they were delivering, when I pointed out a stain on a chair they delivered, they got very hostile and didnt want to take it back until I demanded they take it out of my home
They promised pillows with some of the furniture that was not delivered, the "manager" made promises to deliver it but never did
When they called to replace the chair that was stained, they changed the delivery time, without any prior notice, to a time I couldn't be home so they charged me $($more than the value of the chair)I can't get a manager on the phone to talk to me about the pillows nor the chair
Now Im without pillows or a chair that were paid for and there is no recourse for me but to dispute it with my credit card company

We purchased our first adjustable bed frame and mattress as a set The frame is faulty and the mattress is incompatible for use with that frame

A.the frame proved to be faulty Entering or exiting the bed caused loud noises in the frame

Material on my sectional is flaking off I purchased protection plan, submitted twice and no response from City Furniture
I purchased a white/off-white sectional with the protection plan during memorial day weekend The material of the sectional is flaking off revealing a grey color underneath This is happening on several sections of the sectional both the seat and head areas
