Horrible experience furniture keeps getting delivered with holes or brokenBroke my screen door as well

Over the last three years I have spend more than thousand dollars at this company and am utterly shocked that they're willing to loose a loyal customer because of an incident as petty as this:
Recently I bought a series of accent pillows, two of which had to be washed after spilling coffee After washing both I saw that one pillow was as good as new; however, the second pillow's stitching became undone and the fabric pulled down and away from the undone stitching This pulling caused a two inch tear in the pillow's thin fabric
I called City Furniture and filed a manufacture's defect claim The claim was promptly denied because City Furniture stated they "do not cover fabric tears and only cover if stitching comes apart"
I sent photographs showing that the stitching did in fact come apart, proving that the tear would not
