I recently purchased a few items from Ashley and City furniture and it was delivered to my home.The delivery service was beyond pathetic and unprofessional.They were very rough and damaged my wood floor and stairs.I was very upset and called the customer care and I had a very bad experience with them making me feel worst .The person who picked up my call was very rude and provoking and it added to my misery.I hope they give more training to the delivery team so that they wouldn't damage other people's property and also give more training to the customer service so that when a person is calling for an issue caused because of their team they treat the caller with respect and not arrogance

I went to the City Furniture located by Dadeland mall looking for a bedroom setI went ahead and purchased the Gianna Dark Tone bedroom setdelivery was scheduled for the following day between the hours of 3:00-6:PMOn Monday, the delivery drivers arrived a few minutes before PMIt goes downhill from hereThe two delivery drivers brought in the furniture with excessive force, they couldn't fit the dresser through the front door, although there was space, they kept trying to force it inBecause of this, they slammed the front door against a large vase that was on the front entranceI could hear the door hitting the vase several times, in which I told the drivers to please be careful, not that they caredI have cameras at the front of door and you could see how many times their forceful entrance made the door slam against the vase, scr

I purchased weeks ago the Raegan White slip covered sectional I am very unhappy with itthe sofa they delivered the cushions are paper thin and not at all how they look online or in the show roomToday when I called customer service was they were very apologetic but said sorry I had hrs that I should have returned it I guess expecting that City Furniture would stand behind their product is too much to expect The quality of this sofa is terrible and i'm lucky if it will last a year I'm so upset and just threw away all my money on this sofa that is poorly built : ( do not buy @ City Furniture if you want quality products I only wrote this review to prevent someone from throwing away $dollars

Did not receive full order, Was notified day of order was off, on second delivery was notified day of order would not be delivered for another month
We placed our order on the 20th of November and were informed we would see the order the following Friday the 23rd
We received the text informing us of the delivery on the 22nd
On the day of our delivery we found out that one of the pieces would not be with the order
We were told by customer service that we would see our final piece on the 30th of the month (notification sent via email)
On the 29th we received the text saying our delivery window was between 12:and 3:on the 30th
On the 30th at 1:I receive a call from same customer service rep informing me that I would not see my chair today and that we would get it delivered after the 2nd of January

I have herniated discs in my neck and have not been able to sleep on the mattress I cannot as *** *** Suggests, 'walk up and down on the mattress to break it in'

On 7/31/I went to the store located at South Dixie Hwy because there was a promotion of months without interestThe sales man Alfredo Torres told me there was no minimun purchase required for the promotionI asked him several times and he replied "NO MINIMUN"

I have been waiting for a bed I purchased for daysThey have scheduled deliveries.They showed up twice without the hardware and didn't show once

Furniture not delivered
I purchased a bedroom set in early august All but the headboard was delivered promptly I was told that the headboard would be delivered on 8/ Also, their sister company Ashley Furniture was to deliver a chest that I had ordered that same day After not hearing from them, I called on 8/to find out what time the delivery would occur However, they told me that because the headboard was on backorder, the entire order was cancelled I took the day off today I have company coming on 9/and needed the bedroom set for them I am cancelling my entire order
