On August 7, 2016, I purchased two items from City Furniture, a king size bedframe and one large painting (wall décor).I worked with a sale associate by the name of EwonCity Furniture advertised free delivery within daysThe sales associate brought to my attention that the bedframe was out of stock and would be delivered almost one month later due to the back order of the itemI was unhappy about the delay in delivery but proceeded with the purchase nonethelessAs to the large painting, it too was out of stock and there would be a delay for that item as wellThe paining was far too large for take it home the same day in my vehicleI asked the sale associate, Ewon, if it was possible for me to purchase the painting from the showroom in order to expedite the delivery, as I was expecting family in town that weekend and was in a rush to have this particular item

Damaged furniture and delivered non assembled
When I purchased the furniture I was offered free delivery but was never advised that the furniture would not be assembledThe delivery men dropped off the furniture non assembled and when we unwrapped the furniture the small sofa was scratched & damaged

hi my husband and I are very upset
We have purchased a reclining sofa and chair set from Ashley furniture and it was delivered with multible defects including a tear, a very dangerous nail sticking out (which by the way hurt my husband) and all the cushions and the back is coming apart!
Now my English is very limited so even now I have somebody translating this complaint from German into English by a close friend who's phone number I have included as a contact person in the complaint info
We even purchased the extended warranty!
WE called momentarily after the delivery , somebody did come out and indicated to us that yes this sofa was defective! Now this sofa is discontinued so we couldn't even get a replacementNow they are telling us we can't get refund only a store credit and we have to re-select by 8-25-17!!!
