I received the response from Navient on yesterday 6/30/I emailed to you, *** a copy of the documents that had previously been sent to Navient and *** ***I was in hopes that Michelle Amad was not the party who would respond to this complaint as she has not been honest during this process and many opportunities to positively rectify. She pretended to know nothing about this initially when she was aware the I spoke to Sallie Mae initially, Navient's fraud dept and her, *** *** This company did not even have my mailing information, when I contacted them, I provided my address to themThey had no contact info for me, everything was ***'s. Please note that it is unreasonable to request for documents from and I have informed I had no documents from that time frameI was blessed enough to be able to obtain the mortgage agreement with my signature that supports that in 2004, I lived at *** *** *** ***Then they were provided a copy of my property taxes which showed during the period of their application, in which they have *** ** ** *** I lived at *** *** *** ***, not the address on their application in which they are aware that they never sent any information during this application period to my addresses, *** *** *** *** or my current address *** *** *** *** which I have been here exceeding years, so there is n way I would know this transpiredThen the information that they have on their application, the email, phone number etc., all info was ***'s information, the only information of mine was the social and birthdateThe information on their application, did not even correspond with the information on my credit report so that should have been a red flag. Next, I have already provided them a notarized letter from ***, acknowledging that I did not sign, nor did I know anything about the application. Then after I have provided them all these documents to support that they did not grant this loan as per my permission or signature, she still has the nerve to ask for a copy of my social security card and licenseI have provided documents to prove I am the party that did not apply for any loans and I am the one who stated to them before granting loans for security purposes they should have requested these items prior, now you want to request this extremely personal informationI am not secure with providing my social security card to this organization who had demonstrated extreme neglectIf the Revdex.com will please review the copies of the documents forwarded to the company, Navient and provided to you * *** you will see that I have provided more than adequate documents to show that I did not know, receive or sign for any loans with this organization. I have informed this company, that during this period I had my son and husband battling cancer and they were my priority and unfortunately I loss them both. A loan is absolutely nothing I would have been remotely entertaining This matter has went on too, too long and I have provided more than enough documentation for the removal of the fraudulent debts and releasing me of liabilityI should not have to result to legal representation for this issue when there is more than adequate documentation which has been provided to support this matter

Problem:Navient has continued to try to alter Saliie Mae Promissory Notes After I contacted you once before Navient sent me a letter stating that they were going to review the accountKeep in mind I have not received any letter, e-mail, phone call or anything Instead of investigating they retaliate and send my loans to a collection agencyI also reported to CFPB and as a result they had a advocate call me unfourtantly I missed the call, and when I call *** the advocate back he dose not return my callsI do not know what the issue is when a I return a call and leave a message they feel they do not need to return the calls, In which means that they are still playing games with my account.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:Being that they have altered the promissory note, in which includes federal loans means that the promissory note is now in voidI want the money returned from the schools that was paid from these promissory notes

Yes, I received the letter from ***, Navient Consumer Advocate in reference to my payment of $which Navient posted to the Deptof Education student loan instead of posting this payment to my FFELP student loan Navient isnow stating that I am months behind on my Deptof Education student loan of $ My Deptof Education student loan was on an unemployment deferment until 12/03/ My payment of $towards my Deptof Education student loan is not due until December 20, and my $FFELP student loan payment is due on December 20, also for a total amount of $ However, Navient is requesting I send the total amount of $to them and include the Deptof Education student loan number on the payment ONLY, which I will not do because they will not post this payment to both accounts instead of posting $towards the Deptof Education student loan only I want my Navient account corrected immediately I've notified the Attorney General of Navient's incompetence and included all pertinent documentation to prove this point
