Although Navient stated they sent me correspondence by mail days ago, I have yet to receive any information regarding their responseDue to the time frame of responding to the complaint within the days allotted, I am rejecting Navient's response due to the fact I have not seen anythingNo other attempt, either through email or phone, has been made to my knowledge to provide a response, and thus I wish to see this complaint continue until notification is officially received

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey are hiding, of course, behind "privacy" which is why they did not respond here where it could be recorded and I am sure they know it will take more than days for me to obtain and review the letter via snail mail In addition to the original complaint I would like to add that over the years I have contacted the repeatedly to "over pay" in hopes of getting some money applied to the principal of the loanin every case this has not happened and the over payments (over years worth) are going to interest and not to the principalthey have NEVER taken an interest in helping me with my loan in personComputertraining.com does not exist anymoreI never received what I took the loan forThey have been nothing but ugly and disrespectful to me in the past and the call I got after filing this complaint was not eitherIt only takes minutes browsing social media to see I am not the only one who has had horrible experiences with this company both as Sallie Mae and as Navient and I venture to surmise that an investigation into Navient will show that Sallie Mae handed them all the bad loans to distance themselves and essentially create a "Fall Guy" situationI never made the complaint in hopes of a resolutionI know that will never happenI just want people to know

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received phone message from an Advocate at Navient but after multiple attempts and leaving a message, we have not heard anything back from themThey mention a letter being sent out but we have yet to get anything in the mail from them besides our monthly statements that are STLL incorrect. per our original complaint, Navient has still not disclosed any information we are obliged to and still have not responded to the multiple demand letters sent by us and our attorneysThey refuse to provide ANYTHING in writing and when we state that we are recording the call they hang up.

Problem:I have been dealing with Navient for a year and getting different information from different people is getting exhaustingI spoke with a member of the customer service at the beginning of July for a due date changeHe could not help me so he transferred me to another departmentI got transferred to different people that day and no one helped meI got a call from consumer relations on 07/08/to resolve the due date changeThey agreed to change my due date effective 08/22/He also said that because I had just made a payment, I would not have to pay again for July, and I wouldn't need to make a payment until 08/22/WellI got an email 08/03/that I was still past dueI called to find out why, and the due date change went into effect for 07/22/2016, so according to the system, I was past dueI made a payment on 08/10/and the representative informed me that she would pull the call from when I spoke with customer relations for the due date change, and follwith me in days with what they heard as to whether or not he did in fact tell me that I would not have to pay anything else from 07/07/2016-08/22/I still have not heard anything regarding this and I do not want to call Navient, because I will only get the run around.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome:I would like a call back and for Navient to honor what customer relations originally said to me on July, 8th which is that, I paid on 07/07/and I would not have to pay again until August 22ndSince I have already made a payment this month on 08/10/2016, I do not want to have to make another payment on 08/22/to keep from being past due again, when I should not be in the first placePlease do not penalize me as a customer for being given wrong information my someone who works thereI would also like it if you removed my cosigner from the loanEvery time my account is past due because you gave me wrong information and contact him, it makes him feel as though I am not being responsible and that is unacceptableYou can check the records from the past, when it was Sallie Mae, with an exception of last year, I have always paid this loan on timeMy cosigner is years old and has business of his own to take care ofI do not need you calling to harass him because of mistakes you have madeIf you cannot honor this, I will take this higher, because I am tired of dealing with the runaround crap! I have had nothing but issues since you all took over for Sallie Mae and this needs to be the end of it
