Navient's response did not relate to my concern. Please be advised that I never authorized my loans to be with Navient. I consolidated my loans with "Direct Loans" and that is why I was unaware that Navient/Sallie Mae had my account nor that I was late on payments. Navient cannot prove that I authorized them to be my loan provider and that I agreed to make payments to them. If they could prove that I would not dispute the late marks submitted to the credit bureausI cannot accept their response stating that I was late if I never authorized an account with Navient nor Sallie Mae due to my past negative experiences with them

Please note that I will be out of the country until April and will not be able to response to any communications until I return. Please note that the "loan contract documentation" send by Navient to me is not a US Department of Education loan agreement, doesn't have terms of the loan and lacks even the amount borrowed or a valid signature of a debtor. Just more phony informationIn Navient's response they fail to address the fact that they tricked me into voluntarily putting the loans into default only so that they could add additional "collection costs". Navient told me at that time that the only way I could get actual loan documents was to put the loans into default and have them sent to the US Department of Education Default Resolution Group. This I did only to have Navient hide the loans from me for months telling me my son's account was closed and they could no longer talk with me about his loansNow Navient is saying that the only way to have the loans transferred to the US Department of Education is to do a loan consolidation which makes all of their illicit "collection costs" part of the principal. Clearly why they tricked me into the default in the first placeNavient did send me one document that seems to have been signed by *** ***. The document states the he agrees to pay up to 18% of the loan for any incurred collection costs. Two days ago Navient admitted that although they have charged more than $40K in "collection costs" that they haven't actually incurred any "collect costs" and in effect these charges are only additional profit. The Navient account manager that I spoke with told me that "costs and profits are all the same to me". The conversation was recordedI so appreciate everything that you can do to help us. IT is likely that we will eventually have to go to court because we've been fighting this for more than four years and it's all been like this, deception and lies *** *** ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I truly believe the nail salon gave me the nail fungus because I have never ever experienced that in all the years I have been getting my nails doneI can even provide proof from the previous nail salon I use to go to prior to letting City Star do my nails and the owner of that salon is who did my nails and she has over years experience with this serviceI believe for service recovery City Star Nails should in the least reimburse me for the money I spent to get my nails done and ended up getting the fungus from them causing me to have to get nail ointment and nail care for several weeks

When I attempted to send my attachment with my corrected letter the files must have been too large and would not go. So I thought if I sent attachment at a time I could send them both as separate responses. That was not the case. Instead the system only allowed me response and after I sent it I noticed after my many attempts I didn't send the corrected letter either. My letter should have read: Revdex.com: I have not received a response from the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, I have attached additional information to support my frustrations with this business. Since my initial complaint was filed my future payments have been changed two times, and not lowered but increased. I have attached documentation to support my claim. Please do everything in your power to get my loan away from these people or at least on a steady payment plan that I can afford.Regards,
