The creditor has declined to remove the late reports from my credit report even though the customer service agent stated it would be removed when processing my forbearance Also note, this is the only creditor that continued to charge me interest during my Chapter case resulting in over $2,in interest charges by the time my case was complete Shady business practices and horrible customer service

Problem:Currently this company is reporting falsely on my credit reportThey are reporting an open balance as well as a monthly paymentI have tired on many occasions to settle this debt but never receive a response backI have sent in my credit report twice with in the last year to prove what they are reporting and again have not heard backI sent something in May and June The lack of response is totally unacceptableThis company either needs to update the reporting of my credit or they need to remove as this debt is over yearsI will continue to report them to whatever agency I need to until they resolve this matter.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:This needs to be removed from my credit report as it has passed years since they have reported

The letter that Navient sent does not answer any questionsThey have repeatedly sent me my promissory note, which I said I understandThey talk to me like I am an it and are extremely rude over the phone, they continually send me the same information without actually answering my question. My question to them is why does my interest keep raising when I have perfect payment history of an unreasonable $ a month with a current 11.125% interest rate....I have made every payment on time, and the federal interest rate has NOT gone up, can I get an answer as to why interest rate keeps going up? What have I done to deserve this? What Navient has done is predatory lending. I was years old when I graduated high school and went off to college, I had no credit, I was 18, who has credit at 18? I will be repaying 3x the amount of the loan when I am finished, this is predatory lending and completely immoralI have great credit now, why is Navient aloud to continue to raise my interest rate? No other company has an interest rate that high. Most places I have called, Citizens Bank, So-Fi, etc, their highest rates are around 7%Why can Navient get away with 11.125% and then continue to raise it to someone who has paid everything on time and the federal interest rate has not gone up? The business says they sent me a letter by mail on 6/22/Since I only have days to reject the response I am rejecting now before receiving the letterThe reason I am rejecting the response is reason I wanted the business to contact me and resolve the matter with me by phoneOn Friday 6/16/a representative from Office of the Customer Advocate called me and said he would be following up with me by the beginning of the following weekHere we are on 6/28/and I never received a follow up call or email from the repInstead, the business mailed a letter which brings me to reason I just logged into my account online and tried to save my checking account information to make payments online again and I received the same error message I have been getting since this issue started almost months agoThis confirms for me that the business did nothing to resolve my issueI don't know what the letter they mailed says, but I do know that there is no reason why this business can't process my online payments with my checking account information as they have been doing for over yearsI am literally fighting with this business to give them my moneyIt is really appalling how they have addressed this matterI would like a call from the business immediately.
