They responded only to the part about my wanting to do harm to myself and not the matter that caused this compliantI've dealt with that issue and have come to peace with that part of myselfNaivent and it's parent company Sallie Mae have not made this correct.Very Angry,

I have
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I received a letter in the mail from Chuck of the customer complaint divisionThe letter essentially outlined that they have requested a refund of my check and will process a new check towards the correct loan once receivedI am not satisfied with this for several reasons: (1) I have been making payments during a period they cashed my check (2) Navient continued to accrue interest on my loan despite their error (3) I had to borrow money above and beyond the check they cashed and applied incorrectly in order to pay the loan they said I still owed them (4) I have on record/taped several employees lie to me about the status of the loan (e.gone employee told me during a recorded call that the matter was resolved and I no longer owe on the loan) and (5) I had to take several days off in order to achieve a response, I would like compensation for this missed time from work resolving their error
I believe the letter in the mail to be purely a formality with no immediate resolution offer by themThe resolution I see is to extinguish my loan immediatelyI request the Revdex.com to assist me in reaching mediationIf not, I would request litigation to proceed on the matter

Problem:In December and in January I spoke with *** *** about having my student loan t the rate reduction program and I sent all the information needed as asked for me and my co signerAt the end of all my monthly bills including what I was paying for my Navient loan a month I don't have much remaining to be able to surviveI have also received horrible experience with almost everyone I spoke to and have reported to the Revdex.comEveryone I speak to gets very loud and nasty and is very rude, including today's conversationBack on 2/13/I spoke to two different individuals, Donna ID# Cwas the first individual at 5:44PM told me that my payment was $202.57, and then was transferred to *** ID# *** also told me my payment was $from now until April and we set up monthly withdrawal payments monthly until thenToday at 3:I called Navient and spoke to *** ID# *** and I was transferred to the wrong department from someone who had answered the phoneEvery time I call I keep getting transferred to the wrong department as per *** ID# *** the last individual I spoke to and was told that everyone who has helped me told me all the wrong informationMy account has not been properly managed and every single time I speak to someone I receive a different answer and I do not think this is a way to do businessMy account was switched from SallieMae to Navient without any warning and I have had nothing but issues with NavientI do not know how I will be able to afford the payment that they want me to pay, in which I do not have money left over at the end of the month and I gave spoken wot many different people with a break downI have not been able to receive a job with what I recieved a Bachelors degree in, and if I knew I wasn't able to get a job with a Bachelors in Social Work I would have never went on completing the degree as I was told by the schoolI have applied to many jobs in the past and I am not currently working with something that has nothing to do with my degree because I cannot get a job with my Social Work Degree, as I have to have a Masters in order to do anything with my degree and I cannot afford to have more student loans attached to me as I cannot pay what I have nowI am very disappointed as Navient is suppose to be a professional company instead they are very unorganized and have individuals who speak to people and are very rudeNavient does not help in any other way, as I do understand I do owe the money in which I am trying to pay as well as am trying to be able to live and make a livingThe company is only out to hurt people and not help anyone, they are greedy and have so many complaints about them and everything about thing is negative and horribleThey should really be looked into, I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing things that are illegal that shouldn't be done.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:Translate
