I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11388187, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Problem:I, unfortunately, am having to reopen my case against Navient Department of Education Loan ServicingMy original complaint was about Navient not informing me of a form that I neglected to signEven though I heard back from Navient's Customer Advocate, she or someone in her office has proven to be just as stupid as everyone else there seems to beNavient's Customer Advocate sent me forms that are outdatedToday I received a letter from Navient saying "***, we've received your Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plan application, but it is an old version that expiredUnfortunately, we cannot process your request using the application that you provided." I did not use an old form I had laying aroundNoI used forms mailed to me direct from Navient's Customer Advocate Office itselfI REFUSE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S REPEATED MISTAKES!!! I CANNOT HELP IT IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG FORMS!!! I have years of customer service experience under my beltIs there any way I can get a phone interview for a job at Navient? It is painfully obvious that Navient is in desperate and dire need of competent people.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:My desired outcome is as follows: 1.) I REFUSE to fill out any more forms - PERIOD!!! I DEMAND that Navient process my application as is since it is Navient who sent me the wrong formsI WILL NOT accept any other excuses or explanations or other legal mumbo-jumbo2.) From now ongoing forward, since the Office of the Customer Advocate has proven itself to be just as stupid as everyone else at Navient, I will only accept a response from the CEO of Navient and ONLY from the CEO of NavientEnd of story - PERIODIf anyone else at Navient is assigned to respond to me, I shall declare to the Revdex.com that Navient has refused to resolve this issue to my satisfaction3.) I further demand that Navient put me on an Administrative deferment, just like it has recently with no additional charges to my account until this matter is fully resolved to MY satisfaction4.) Lastly, I demand that Navient make an entry to my credit report regarding their mistakes to my account, and that any negative reports to my credit report made by Navient be completely stricken from that same credit reportAny other response by Navient other than these demands shall be interpreted by me to be a complete refusal by Navient to listen to and resolve these very serious customer service issues

I
have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They are charging us times the interest that the loan would have originally generatedAccording to the Bankruptcy court, they had the opportunity to add the amount of interest that they wanted to the amount submitted to the bankruptcy courtInstead they ACCEPTED the amount as a "PAID IN FULL" amount for the amount that they would acceptAs far as the Tennessee Bankruptcy Court is concerned, since they did not add any interest or penalties, they are not entitled to themThe matter is deemed settled with the Court system here in TennesseeA Federal Bankruptcy Attorney has been consulted and has stated that if Navient did not include any penalties or interest in the Bankruptcy amount that they agreed to have entered into the bankruptcy then they are not entitled to them

They said I could pay what I have been paying in the agreement but the would send a negative report to the credit bureau, and I would still have to pay the amount they say is past due, as I said this was prepared from someone in their financing deptThey say I owe a lot of past due money when they have been deducting the money agreed upon from my checking accountThis cannot be legal

I was treated poorly, and was reached out to with the letter above, which seems like a generated response. When called, my phone call went to a voicemailMy issue, for the beginning, is that I am a human being that is looking to be treated like more than number. The response here does nothing to address the meat of my complaintThere are no actions being taken to resolve the matter in an effective wayI was expecting something more than an empty apology, but seemingly, that is all I can expect form Navient, even when dealing with a natural disaster. After years of constant payments and no issues, Navient has done little to show that they care about me as a customer.

*** ***

Ms *** *** called me and asked a few questions with minimum verbal response from her, she stated she was not aware of my address change although I informed them of an address and phone number change Ms *** *** was able to call me on the correct number but stated she did not have any record of my address changeIf she was able to determine that the address change was not made by her company resulting in miscommunication she would be able to remove the negative credit reportingI received a letter in the mail today stating that she was not able to find any documentation with me notifying Navient of my address change therefore the negative credit report would not be removedFurthermore as stated in the letter Navient allows both primary borrower and cosigner to revised and or change the payment plan without consent to each person made on the original loan agreementI do not agree with this, if a legal agreement is made between three parties, one of the parties should not be able to change that agreement without the consent of all parties in the agreementThis is a violation of the initial contractA cosigner was needed to obtain this loan how is possible for the primary borrower to make changes to the loan without the cosigners approvalFurthermore is Navient in agreement with allowing changes in the payment plan if it is profitable for their companywhich adversely affects the person who is not in agreement with this loan changesThe agreement with the loan is a legal document and I feel this is an illegal authorization and abuse of my credit towards Navient's financial gains
