[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I truly believe the nail salon gave me the nail fungus because I have never ever experienced that in all the years I have been getting my nails doneI can even provide proof from the previous nail salon I use to go to prior to letting City Star do my nails and the owner of that salon is who did my nails and she has over years experience with this serviceI believe for service recovery City Star Nails should in the least reimburse me for the money I spent to get my nails done and ended up getting the fungus from them causing me to have to get nail ointment and nail care for several weeks

I
have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Shortly after filing this complaint, I received a call from a representative at Navient She assured me that she would look into the issue Today I received a written response from Navient, stating that my request is being denied In this same letter, the many phone calls that were made between myself and the company were acknowledged The fact that I repeatedly asked for paper documentation of the payments was also acknowledged These acknowledgements were followed with the following statement "We would like to apologize that your request to receive your billing statements by mail was not completed in February or March as you requested." Navient has acknowledged that they did not comply with my request for mailed paper statements For this reason, I do not agree with the denial to remove the negative credit reporting.

[I received MsSeemon letter regarding my Consolidation Loan I want to state that I have NEVER received a statement that my payment was $a month The only invoice I have received are in the amount of $ I would appreciate receiving these statement stating that my payment is $ If I keep receiving invoices in the amount of $344.00, what am I suppose to do? Why do I have accured interest when I have never been late and have been paying $344.00? To me, the excess funds should have been applied to principle not applied to future payments I have once instructed the excess be applied to principle, which I did not see that it was appliedIn future payments I will send written instructions that any excess payment be applied to principle Thank you.]

I received a call from a representative on 01/12/(didn't note her name) and she told me that she'll review my account and see about lowering my monthly payment and get back to meShe hasn'tI got a call today 01/16/from another agent *** *** I.D #*** and she had no record of the call and my account is still the same as it was...worse actually due to late feesIt seems my account wasn't reviewed since the last notation was the one that prompted me to contact Revdex.comI did make some payment today to lower my balance, nowhere near the balance of course but I'm afraid if they keep dragging this out (the chances of me suddenly coming into enough money to make those payments are nil and my response is still the same) a lot of damage will be done to my credit. As for the mail that was supposedly sent on the 12th, I haven't received it but since my account does not reflect any of the changes I'd requested, I'll have to assume the issue wasn't resolved
