the funds within only a few days of logging the complaint with you where as the prior 4 weeks no one could help me. The funds were identified to have been applied to the wrong account after a manual search. This is a very reasonable mistake that I can fully understand however the customer service received from the standard channels was simply inadequate. I am very glad that there is an organization that is dedicated to ensuring consumer rights and has enough influence to push past the customer service stall tactics and obtain a real resolution. I do not believe that this would have been resolved in a timely manor otherwise. Thank you for the support!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have spoken to a representative of the company regarding my issue.  I was issued a refund check but not of the full amount that was paid.  Navient still owes $66 and I have not yet received a response from the representative.  My main concern is the customer service at Navient and the fact that I was not properly refunded.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this have not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Currently Navient is still reviewing my case.  They had finally contacted me March 27th requesting the same documents provided, I resent documents March 29th, no response or  return call, so I resent documents March 31st then got a call from Navient April 5th stating she was out of the office and need 48hours to 72 hours from the date of April 5th to review further documents.  Nothing has been resolved as they are still reviewing documents and will contact with an answer to the issue.
 
Therefore, still pending results of removing delinquency from credit bureau.  Nothing resolved as pending action from Navient at this time.
