I...
have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and though the company was NOT able or willing to what I wanted to happen in regards to this complaint, there is not much that can be done on my part aside from paying off the loan or finding another company with more incentives that will help clients obtain a reasonable payment amount. I kind of have to accept what they said because this company does not offer anything else. I am beyond disappointed with everything regarding Navient and I regret ever getting a loan from them. Just praying that I can find some way to resolve my loan in a reasonable amount of time so I can fully sever ties with this company for good.

Problem:I've contested and complied with information the Revdex.com service asked of me. My complaint number is [redacted]. This Loan business is the most unprofessional business I've ever tried to comply with. They have fraudulently lied to this service and I. No they hav not sent anything in the US mail to my address. Daily they have been harassing me with unknown caller numbers 513 area codes. Once or twice, they called stating they were an advocate for Navient, with the number [redacted] claiming someone name [redacted]. But there is never a last name.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:I'm indifferent with Navient and Sallie Mae. I have worked with them trying to pay them back. I refuse to give them extra money. I'm going to file on them just as well. Seems as if they are impossible to work with when an individual run into a slump or hardship. The need to close their doors for good!!!

My Equifax credit score dropped 16 points this weekend because the account from Navient was totally removed. Yet Transunion was updated with the current student loan amount and my credit score went up 27 points. This means that this updates are recent from submitting the information. Please contact Equifax and see what is going. Regards,

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is 6/21 and I still haven't received a response via the post office. I called the agent in charge of my account [redacted] three times but she would not return my phone calls. I called the consumer advocacy number and was told three times by Navient that the three accounts were to be removed on 6/8, and they talked to [redacted]. But instead they did nothing even though I have checked each three credit bureau agency almost daily. They reported the accounts as delinquent on 6/3 even though I paid the settlement on 3/29. They have done nothing, but be deceitful about removing my responsibility from the three accounts.

I did not receive letter that they claimed was sent on May 01, 2015. I was told by Ms. [redacted] that they would honor contract made with FMS and would put it in writing and send to me. As of May 09, 2015. I have not received it.
