Problem:Navient continues to send false statements; on the day that a 300.00 check to them cleared, they stated that no payments have been made in 2016. At this juncture I am afraid that my 1098 E will be incorrect for taxes next year.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:Navient will fix the billing issues and cease contacting me. Perhaps they can purchase software to track payments made to them.Translate

I want them to update my credit report showing as paid and not to show as a charge off in August 2016 or the next step will be to contact a lawyer and file a suit with the Fair Credit Report Agency.

Problem:I'm getting bills or payment due on my school loan again. I'm still a student in respiratory therapy school. A deferment was filled out this summer & my college at the end of August faxed Navient an active student status. Once again, I'm getting bill/payment notices on my school loan. I called Navient & was told, have the college again (fax # 1-866-266-1078) my active student status. The college contacted me yesterday saying the fax aborted after every attempt, a total of five attempts!TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome:May I please see ALL my schools loans reflecting my college student status & no longer receive bills that say payments due!

My Equifax credit score dropped 16 points this weekend because the account from Navient was totally removed. Yet Transunion was updated with the current student loan amount and my credit score went up 27 points. This means that this updates are recent from submitting the information. Please contact Equifax and see what is going. Regards,
