I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company never did anything to fix this issue and just gave a couple sentence generic response that they gave to all the other Revdex.com complaints against them that I read. How can they get away with over 2000 complaints in 3 years? What they did to me is is illegal. I never authorized them to pull funds from my account, especially 3 days earlier than what I agreed to with the original loan company. They should be held accountable for my bank fees. I don't understand how they can operate and get away with all they do. I have sent several emails and they never respond. They have no actual easy way to contact them. I have asked repeatedly to stop taking funds out early and if they couldn't to change my date. I chose that date in the first place. They have no right to take funds out of my account whenever they feel like it just because the original loan company gave them my account and routing number.  I never signed any kinds of agreement with Navient and have no desire to do business with a company that has no problem screwing up customer accounts.Someone should review the Revdex.com complaints and deal with all the illegal things they do and have been getting away with.
