I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The gentleman I spoke with [redacted] apologized numerous times about their errors in reporting and promise to correct these 4 plus years of erroneous reporting to all bureaus.  He stopped sort of making that correction in writing as asked and when  viewed my report there were still errors reporting even this month as derogatory. not 27 like before of even the 14 from last month.  The problem is there or 3 reporting.  One needs to be deleted for 9696.00 as he discussed is being reported in error. and the other 2 that are mine with a balance of just over 1300.oo dollars and being paid as agreed be removed from negative to positive sanding.  They are not laet and being paid as agreed.  This is still being reported incorrectly.  Since the corrections so far my score has jumped 42 points in one day.  So how much did this impact my score and ability to receive credit offers in the past or affect the interest rates offered to me f I did even receive credit at all.  This is non short of criminal that they are allowed to hold our credit hostage and offer only an apology like so what who cares they should be held accountable for all of our losses as well since they caused the hardship through countless errors and oversight.  I want this 9696.00 off now and my status for my 2 loans change to pad as agreed immediately like they stated...also how can you report an account as not paid as agreed when I was in deferment .  This was confirmed by the  supervisor that I spoke to in the beginning that told me to file a report here and follow up with escalations and to get an advocate involved. Go figure that I'm back here again with the same half corrected issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company never did anything to fix this issue and just gave a couple sentence generic response that they gave to all the other Revdex.com complaints against them that I read. How can they get away with over 2000 complaints in 3 years? What they did to me is is illegal. I never authorized them to pull funds from my account, especially 3 days earlier than what I agreed to with the original loan company. They should be held accountable for my bank fees. I don't understand how they can operate and get away with all they do. I have sent several emails and they never respond. They have no actual easy way to contact them. I have asked repeatedly to stop taking funds out early and if they couldn't to change my date. I chose that date in the first place. They have no right to take funds out of my account whenever they feel like it just because the original loan company gave them my account and routing number.  I never signed any kinds of agreement with Navient and have no desire to do business with a company that has no problem screwing up customer accounts.Someone should review the Revdex.com complaints and deal with all the illegal things they do and have been getting away with.

Revdex.com:
I...

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and though the company was NOT able or willing to what I wanted to happen in regards to this complaint, there is not much that can be done on my part aside from paying off the loan or finding another company with more incentives that will help clients obtain a reasonable payment amount. I kind of have to accept what they said because this company does not offer anything else. I am beyond disappointed with everything regarding Navient and I regret ever getting a loan from them. Just praying that I can find some way to resolve my loan in a reasonable amount of time so I can fully sever ties with this company for good.
Regards,
