Problem:I was treated with utter disrespect while trying to communicate that I was going through a re-finance of my home and would be paying the loan in full. I called several times to provide status, each time I was told make a payment, which I explained I was paying off the loan and they noted in the system that I refused to make a payment. Once the loan came through, rather than the pay off being wired the company sent me a check made out to Navient. I called Navient and explained that and asked where to send it. They gave me a different address than the normal monthly payment address and told me to include a letter saying that I usually send payment to a different address and to overnight it, which I did. In the meantime, I continued receiving numerous calls daily, letters, sent to collections, etc. I called daily to check status because the pay off didn't show up over several weeks. They claimed they didn't receive the check. I had proof of delivery with the persons name who signed, the date and time it was delivered. Navient continued to claim they didn't receive it. I spoke with supervisors each time I called. I asked to be contacted when they finally decided to post the check. I NEVER received a call. I called yet again and was told, oh they received it. I had included a personal check for an overage and they still haven't posted that check. This is an extremely poor urn business. They are making millions off students and bullying people who are trying to take care of debt.Translate Desired Outcome:I want my credit report corrected. I have asked this to be done in the past and it didn't occur. I want it done this time. I refuse to be treated like this when they deliberately held the check for several weeks. And still haven't posted the personal check I included.

I have not yet received any correspondence by conventional mail.Given the successful delivery of my previous emails to Navient, and their ability to send me automated responses to those emails that I must first sign into my account to open, it seems odd that there would be any need to forgo electronic communication due to privacy. I find it highly probable that I will be now receiving an automated response by conventional mail if/when it arrives. A sly tactic indeed considering that the longer this takes, the more interest the company is allowed to charge me on principle that should have been forgiven long ago but wasn't due to a mistake on their part.

I have not still received the documentation that was promised to resolve this matter yet. Navient needs to comply with what has been promised prior to closing any case.

I received ONE phone call since I filed this complaint, and I returned the call at least THREE times, and all three times, my call was sent to voicemail. I've never received a response. I will wait for the "letter" to arrive, as I have received a few bills since this incident but no actual response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have received email correspondence from Navient stating that they are not willing to begin the automatic payments to my account and will not remove the interest charges. This is predatory and wrong. I would like to start the automatic repayments on these loans without penalty.I thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Since the business is responding directly to me, and via postal mail, and not directly to the Revdex.com, I cannot logically respond within five (5) business days (as you ask) with an accurate response of whether I agree or disagree with their response. Their response will not arrive in in time. It's not feasible. Accordingly, at this time, I am "rejecting" their response until I have received their postal response and have had appropriate time to respond. Thank you!!

Problem:Navient still refused to provide me with the requested documents they reported to you that they mailed me this info. I have not received it. The only thing I received was a letter saying they weren't going to do anything. I have since called [redacted] letting her know this and she wont return my calls. They say I have to take her to court but if I do that they still arent saying they will take this out of my name or give me any resolution. My information was used as co signer without my permission on a school loan. I contacted Navient and provided them with all the requested info to remove it from my Credit Report. Navient refuses to do anything even after I filed a police report and provided these docs. I did not consent to this loan and Navient hasn't provided me with an application that I signed. I also called Navient to find out about the balance and payment info and they released information relating to another account that belongs to my ex girlfriend. This is a violation as they released account information to a third party. I want the account removed from my Credit report as I have provided all documentation they requested. They never called to verify if I approved to be a co-applicant and they didn't provide me with signed application. They apparently sent and email which my ex uses my email account and I have multiple email address. They even refused to let me speak to the fraud department regarding the claim. My ex has since made payments on the account and Navient has instructed me that I will have to take her to court. I shouldn't have to do anything as I'm the victim getting bills for an account I didn't authorized. Navient even told me over the phone she has made payments on her other accounts and 2k on this one. Account number:9441894404 Loan #[redacted]Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:Navient should remove my name from anything to do with this account as its not mine and I didn't authorize it to be opened.. They should also be fined for releasing information to a third party. I have asked Navient to supply the IP address as to where they got confirmation from me on that I approved the account to be opened. I would also like Navient to supply me with a copy of the email that was sent to my email address. The time line of events for how this account was opened. Meaning [redacted] applied for this account on this Date. Emails were sent to confirm application on this date. The IP addresses that confirmed those emails and the dates they they were confirmed. I would like copies of all the emails and correspondence that has been sent to both parties. I would like Navient to tell me what exactly they need from me to resolve this
