They claim that We had spoken about my account, this is untrue, I paid the $7000 and was under the impression it was all going toward the principle. Never did they tell me more than half was going toward interest. They also claim a year later I called and requested a deferment, also not true. From the time I paid the $7000 until about a month ago we never spoke. Even if I did request a deferment why have they never contacted me or updated it like they're suppose to every year? I contacted them a month ago when I saw this on my credit and I called them. They they send me a past due balance for $70Regards,

[redacted] Banking Industries keep changing theirbusiness name and I do not know why. At that time what happened classes that Itook there I could have taken at the Community college and it would have been20.00 per unit vs. 600.00 per unit. What happened was that the signaturewas not mine on the loan application from the financial aid office from [redacted]Institute of Technology that forced me took those classes and I had disputedwith them at that time. But they ignored me, don’t want to stop, listenand look what they had done to me. The loan started at $28,000.00 and now it is$150,000.00. Naveen is the servicer now. The servicer used to be [redacted],Sallie Mae then now they have changed it to Navient . When you have moreadministrators making $200,000 a year than Instructors, you have somethingwrong. I think it’s illegal for them to raise the interest rates and accrued ona student loan without my awareness. That financial aid office(please see theattached document) who made those student loans were irresponsible tobegin with – it is also their fault if they are making loans to people believingthey will obtain employment in a given career to pay for it, when there are nojobs available. You can’t force people to pay for that loan that was notsigned legitimately. Who is going to solve the student debt crisis? "I came to this country and worked hard and followed all the laws and paidmy taxes and did the right thing," she said. "Now I feel it's hard totrust anyone."I’m asking and want Revdex.com tohear my complaints about the companies that service student loans“unknown signature Student loan forms the debt stressed, depressedand made me feel like they are took advantage of me. Please help. The schools and banking industry has acted illegally andirresponsibly with the student loans, with the government neglecting andencouraging it. It has to change, and we need to hold those institutionsaccountable. Currently they are not hold accountable – it’s all about shortterm profit, etc., greedy profit making more money. All of our politicians andso called leaders will always tell you that they came from poor beginningsbut....look at where they are today. "Bling"!!! Why do they say that?Think about it? Why would you say that? It’s all about the money & power. Don't get me wrong, capitalism is the best concept and everyoneshould prosper but.....not at the expense of others. Absolutely never! When was the last time you met a person who's goal was not moneybut for the betterment of mankind? I strongly object to a system that is blatantly discriminatoryand unfair to law-abiding Americans living inside our country. I now feellike second class citizens at best, or criminals at worst. The messagesgiven here, along with the enormous fines for improper signature, make me feelterrible as a law abiding citizen. So I’m asking you to be able to discharge (cancel) andforgiveness due to improper signature. Also, at that time what happened classesthat I took there, I could have taken at the Community college and it wouldhave been 20.00 per unit vs. 600.00 per unit. Then we willeffect positive change in others for our country. I am asking a resolution on this matter soon. I neverthought I’d be in this situation at my age. I’m hoping to raise my familyin a better future with opportunities and fulfilling dreams. But all I havegotten is cheated, grief and struggled. Please help. Regretfully yours,

I received a bill for $80 and a letter saying I owe $0 on the same day. A few days later I received a bill saying I owe $0 and another bill saying I owe $80. Then today I received a letter changing my payment terms saying I owe $0 for 12 months, a letter saying you could not grant my request because both joint borrowers must sign the student loan debt burden forbearance form and submit proof of income, another letter saying I must submit a form to change my name, a fourth letter explaining what a forbearance request is and an application to apply for one and a fifth letter explaining what my repayments options are and showing that my current plan is income-driven. Basically I still have no idea if I owe $80 a month or $0 a month because every time I receive a letter or bill that says $0 I also receive a bill that says $80. I did not fill out a request for forbearance and don't appreciate receiving a letter saying that we both did not sign our paperwork. The income driven paperwork was signed by both of us each time that it was submitted this year. No idea why I received a letter about changing our name, no one's name was ever requested to be changed. I still have not received anything explaining why my paperwork was not processed in April, May, June, July or August until I called twice. No idea why I still owed money even after I was told by a supervisor that I owed $0 in August. No idea why I received 10 separate letters or bills in the last week all telling me something different; I owe $80, I owe $0, you need my signature, you want to change my name. I need a personal letter from someone at Navient explaining why my paperwork was not processed, how this problem is being fixed and what is happening now with my account. I still have no confidence in Navient and think that maybe someone should look at my account, listen to the recorded phone calls, read through all the mail you keep sending me and figure out what the heck is going on. Once again I request that you stop calling me at your convenience because I do work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and have no desire to take time away from my job or my lunch hour to speak to one of your representatives. I have spent a total of 3 hours this year talking and no one is listening. I want something in writing that I can refer to when I get billed again two months from now because someone at Navient has screwed my account up again.

Their office mailed a packet that had mostly blank papers in it, statements that were not ever disputed or an issue for us, and did not answer the problem at all. They clearly aimed to sidestep the problem, not take the complaint seriously, and add insult to the environment by wasting paper and sending mostly blank papers. This is an example of the outrage that I think most of the country has started to catch on to and recognize the student loan industry to be.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12558656, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belI have submitted and re-submitted to have the loans put into deferment. Instead, Navient keeps changing which forms they want me to fill out and are continuing to make the loans active repayment despite me being in residency. I make a nominal salary as a family medicine resident. I cannot make the payments they are demanding. They notified me that they were now reporting me to the credit bureaus. However, I have been sending them all the different forms they demand. It doesn't matter that I have sent forms to them, they continue to harass me for payments. Navient refuses to even send me the forms for financial difficulty either. Then Navient insults me by saying they would credit my account only $45. Little wonder the federal student loan account holders sued them. I am just asking for the loans to be put into deferment as allowed by Federal Law and to stop adding "late fees" and filing false claims to the credit bureaus. Regards,

I am sick and tired of this corrupt company hiding behind the laws they lobbied to have passed to protect themselves instead of the students. They are predatory lenders and I will not stop file complaints against them via CFPB, Revdex.com, and my senators and representatives. First, there is absolutely no reason they cannot share their responses with the Revdex.com. What are they hiding? Nothing. Generic responses to every complaint that do not contain any identifying information. Their excuse to protect my privacy is garbage. They don't care about it. They claim in there letter, "We are here to help you in anyway we can". Yet, they have offered absolutely no help unless it allows for them to continue to make more and more money while raising interest rates and the terms of the loans. They are a predatory lender. They pray on students and confuse them when they sign up for student loans promising flexibility and affordable payment options. There is nothing affordable about an 10.75% interest student loan. That is robbery! They always make a point to mention that I signed the promissory note and are liable for the principal and interest of the loan. I never imagined in my wildest dreams the interest rate would come close to 10%. They are also very specific to point out that, "Private loans are not eligible for the same options that are available for federal loans and therefore cannot be serviced as federal loans". Seems to me they can, they just choose not to because they can just continue to raise interest rates and extend the term of the loan. Seems to me they could VERY EASILY adjust the loans to make the the things they promised when us young naive students signed them and is make them affordable with options. I know a way they can help me, they can make the loans just like federal ones. Seems like the only thing stopping you to provide such advantages is yourselves. You are a corrupt and greedy organization. NO ONE SHOULD EVER TAKE OUT A LOAN WITH SALLIE MAE OR NAVIENT. NO ONE. I STEER EVERYONE I KNOW AWAY FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT ALSO PRIVATE STUDENT LOANS. IT DISGUSTS me your company has been able to get away with such lending practices. I will continue to fight ensure that private student loans are highly regulated and brought in terms with federal loans. It disgusts me you find such interest rates acceptable. I won't stop fighting until my interest rates are dropped. THAT is how you can help me so I can pay these loans off faster and be done having to do business with you. If you want to help, then that is exactly what you will do!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Navient's response is full of lies, misrepresentations, inconsistencies and nonsense. My "customer advocate", [redacted], is obviously not a customer advocate in any sense. She is patently a corporate advocate hired to detail customer complaints in any way possible. Ms. [redacted] presented in her response creatively edited "transcripts" from my conversations with Navient representatives. Two conversations stand out for me: Ms. [redacted] says that in January of 2015, I told a Navient rep that I'd never heard of public service loan forgiveness. How can this be true, when Ms. [redacted] at the same time admits that in 2009 I was asking Navient's parent company, Sallie Mae, about public service loan forgiveness? Second, Ms. [redacted] egregiously misrepresents my conversations with employee Dennis and supervisor Joyce. Contrary to make. [redacted] assertions, both Dennis and Joyce were shocked that Navient, knowing I was a public servant, hid from me the need to consolidate to a direct loan to get public service loan forgiveness. They both were clear and unambiguous about Navient's duty to steer public servants towards direct loans, not away from them. Navient is being sued from all directions for a reason: they lie and cheat to line their pockets. Worse yet, the U.S. Dept. Of Education permits them to do it without penalty, while student loan debtors, like myself, continue to suffer. Schemer
