I have currently lodged a complaint against Navient. According to my email from you I have 5 days to accept/reject the response from Navient. Their response to you was that they sent me a letter on 9/14. I haven't received a letter so I'm not sure how to respond. Please advise! Thank you, [redacted]

Problem:I recently filed a complaint because my payment kept changing and now I have gotten two messages stating that my deferment and forbearance have been approved when I NEVER FILED FOR EITHER! My payment due is still reading $0!!!! I expect to be reimbursed ANY AND ALL interest accrued, since I NEVER filed for a forbearance or deferment of my loans!!!!! There is no email listed to contact them and I refuse to wait on the phone to try to resolve an issue that I never created and that continues to be a HUGE INCONVENIENCE.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:I want to know the origin of the supposed forbearance/deferment and I want reimbursed ANY interest that has been accrued. I want to resume making my monthly payments of $77 and be reassured that NO ONE will tamper with my loans.

I have attached the letter from Navient in response to this complaint, and my subsequent response to Navient.  Navient is claiming no responsibility for having destroyed my credit. They are placing the blame on the previous servicer; however, it is clear the account that was incorrectly categorized as "closed", and then deleted, was a Navient account ("ACS/Navient" appeared on the account listing).   Further, the account still does not appear on my credit report with any of the credit bureaus, and it has been well over 90 days.  This company is making no effort to resolve the matter.   Thank you very much for your support. Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  They sent me a copy of my master promissory note and basically told me that I was already being helped because I was in a rate reduction program. This program lowers the interest rate on the loan and you pay interest only payments. I've been making interest only payments that DO NOT help me pay off my loan. All this program does is pad the pockets of Navient while those who are actually trying to pay their loan(s) off STAY in debt.
