investigate what had happened, I was never given the results of that investigation which leads me to believe this was a company errorThe option offered was not satisfactoryIn addition, after complaint was made, company went ahead and did exactly what I had complained about before by contacting the wrong person

Complaint:
A gentleman did indeed contact me the evening of 01-04-and stated he would look into the matter.I am rejecting this response because as allowed by Texas law, I wish to receive the cancelled note / mortgage, and a lien release on the parcel previously under said mortgage
A "letter of explanation" as proposed from the lender / mortgage service provider ("PennyMac") is not acceptable
