Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any contact from PennyMacI resolved the issue myself, on 9/16/16, after additional phone calls and insistence on having this resolved. I am still pursuing any options available to move my loan from PennyMac, as their customer service is unknowledgeable and their tax department is clearly a disorganized mess.I still strongly recommend any other consumers to find another lender, if possible, to save themselves from the bureaucratic nightmare I dealt with
