I am rejecting this response because: PennyMac has not yet paid my past
due taxes and should do so immediately. PennyMac should write a detailed letter of explanation and forward it to me for my review and response PennyMac should reissue the Corrected Form if at all possible and if not PennyMac should provide a reasonable alternative solutionRegards,

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a phone call, only an email this morning and there is no change, I received an email stating they would explain all charges involved, they have previously done this and then increased the cost by dollars They explained the process, they stated the costs involved whether that was their mistake or not, that was the cost stated and agreed upon

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, how difficult is it for them to even get our name correctIt is ***, not ***Doesn't quite instil any confidence in their "striving to provide a superior customer service" does it?We have had e-mails and phone calls giving their explanations, and promising a refundAs of today April 16th, no refund has been received

spoke with PennyMac personnel handling this complaint, D*** *** at
(805) 330-4946, who confirmed that an investigation of this complaint is
still underway; even though, Dana knows that I spoke with PennyMac
personnel, S*** ***, who investigated already and determined that
the credit report inaccurately reflects the true payment history It
appears that Dana will not assist with updating the credit report
just as Sarah did not
