It took quite a bit of effort to escalate our complaint within PennyMac. Once we submitted a Revdex.com ticket responsiveness was forthwith. PennyMac corrected the mistake and we are happy to work with them moving forward.

I am rejecting this response because:This issue hasn't made any progress whatsoever. I received a letter in the mail saying they are reviewing my case. This is the same thing they've told me numerous times. They called me, I called back and was sent to a voicemail with no return. I need this issue resolved immediately. I've given plenty of time for reviewing. My credit score is shot and I need to purchase a car in order to work to keep paying this mortgage company. THEIR MISTAKE.
