I am rejecting this response because: Thus far PennyMac has done nothing to make me believe that they are helping to resolve this issue.  I received a call on 10/4 from someone claiming to be in front of the investigation.  I called back an hour later and left a message, though I cannot confirm that it was the correct voice mail box since there was not greeting message.  I did not receive a call back.  I attempted to call the number again on 10/7.  I still have not received a call back.  Since then, I have received automated PennyMac calls on 10/5, 10/7, and 10/8 requesting the payment that has been misplaced by PennyMac.

I am rejecting this response because:They have yet to look at the laws involving what they are saying to be true.  They repeatedly contact me saying the initial value of the property is the amount the loan was for and are completely ignoring the initial appraisal that was done at the time of sale or any amount of equity I put down at the time of sale.  They seem to be completely incapable of researching and reading simple documents provided by the government in accordance with the law.

I am rejecting this response because:I had filed the below complaint- Complaint ID 11096228 on 1/20/16 "We have been a PennyMac customer for 3 years and every year we are required to provide a copy of our Homeowners Association Flood insurance policy for our condominium. Every year we fax the information as required to the required address. Then a month later we get a threatening letter that we haven't provided the insurance and they are purchasing a $4000 policy for us. So we fax again, call, and finally have to mail a copy to this company. I spend hours of time on the phone. They also did not send our payment to our insurance company for HO6 in time so it was cancelled. Even though I contacted them to make sure they would pay it on time, they did not. The policy was reinstated once our insurance company received the payment but if we had had a claim, we would not have been covered. This company is very inefficient, and very difficult to deal with." On 1/21/16 I received a phone call from D[redacted] at PennyMac assuring me that this would be looked into and taken care of. I did not respond on the Revdex.com complaint response that the matter was resolved because I was waiting to see if it was actually resolved. Obviously it was not because I got a message by email today that Penny Mac had charged my escrow account for insurance that my condo association already covers. "On 1/30/16 We have made an INSURANCE PAYMENT on your behalf from your escrow account: of$3459.26" After the previous complaint I even made a copy of the policy and mailed it to the correct address for PennyMac, noting my loan number,as required, and STILL am charged. Prior to that it had been faxed twice and emailed via messaging system. This company needs to be investigated for their business practices.I want this company investigated for fraudulent business practices as they stated that this matter was resolved yet charged my account for $3459.26. I want my money returned with interest and need them to figure out how to receive information when it is sent to them. I have gone through this every year for 3 years now but have never been charged like this.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because I have notified PennyMac on several occasions about this issue and they have not responded with any resolution.  This response is now advising me I will receive information within 30 days so the issue is still on going and to accept the 30 day notice letter as a resolution is premature at this time.  Since I have not received any information from PennyMac to resolve this matter I must leave the complaint open until I receive a resolution within the 30 days PennyMac has noted.

I have spoken with Mr. H[redacted] on December 31, 2015 and today January 4, 2016. I confirmed the refund has been sent and received by the borrower and the only pending issue is the billing statement. The next billing statemnt the customer receives after making his 2/2016 payment will reflect the correct payment amount.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive a call from PennyMac after my complaint and the woman confirmed that the correction to the incorrect document had been made and sent out for recording on 1-27-16. She indicated that it had gone to the County in which I reside and that it would take 30 to 60 days to record. However, the County says it only takes 1 day to record from the time they receive it and that they haven't received it (it has now been 2 weeks). I called the contact at PennyMac back to find out if it was possible it was actually sent to a third party vendor to handle the recording. She was going to check and call me back the next day. I have left two messages but haven't heard back from her yet.Still awaiting resolution. There has been a lien incorrectly attached to my property for 4 years as a result of PennyMac's document error and it's causing me considerable difficulty!
