PennyMac spoke with Mr. C[redacted] on numerous times, lastly on October 14, 2015, regarding the application of his payments. Mr. C[redacted] has been advised the complaint has been resolved.

Please be advised, you will received a response within 30 days from the date in which you made the request, under a separate cover letter in the mail. I am rejecting this response because:I regret having to get this in-depth about this issue. I am not just complaining. I really need help. I purchased my home in 2006 at the price of $219,000.00. I currently owe $129,000.00. PMI should have been cancelled around $170,000.00. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I get funds on the 1st of each month. On the next to last day of the month I mail all monthly payments. PennyMac has processed my payment as early as the 5th of the month, never later than the 10th. Since I refuse to pay electronically PennyMac is processing my payment later and later. As of today my payment has not been processed. Thereby causing me to be late, negatively affecting my credit. Along with the issues I am already experiencing with PennyMac, it appears I have to start sending payments in certified form. I make timely payments. I have no idea why I am not treated as a good paying customer. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

A full audit is required of all transactions involving this account, a
written explanation of every transaction, and a face to face or phone
call to discuss the explanation are required.The most recent response from PennyMac is a shining example of their lack of attention to even the simplest of details.  1) PennyMac did not read/acknowledge my previous rejection.  2) PennyMac's form letter is nearly identical to their previous response that was already rejected.3) I am referred to as both "Mr." and "her".I resorted to utilizing the Revdex.com to force PennyMac to take my issues seriously.  PennyMac is obviously not concerned with their standing with the Revdex.com and are treating the Revdex.com like a joke.I will say it again, A written response only is unacceptable. A full audit is required of all transactions involving this account, a
written explanation of every transaction, and a face to face or phone
call to discuss the explanation are required.

The business response is not a solution or a proposed solution. It is only a notification that they will look at the complaint. The complaint should therefore stay open awaiting the conclusion of their investigation and the following response. Clint, the Penny Mac representative handling this complaint, mentioned that this response would come through, but that it was not the end of their investigation.
I am rejecting this response because:- business receipt of my complaint is not redress- none of my original concerns have been addressed- I was told to expect further investigation and response
