The paid value is still good for up to years from date of purchase with merchant You are still able to gift your certificate to a friend or family that can take advantage of the deal Unfortunately you are outside of our refund policy

Good Afternoon, Unfortunately, as per a policy that you agreed to at the time of account creation DealChicken will not be refunding or crediting at this timeWe made sure that the merchant was open and actively accepting vouchers from time that the deal was featured until the end of the promotionBoth DealChicken and the merchant have upheld their ends of the deal and just because you were not able to utilize your voucher during that time does not qualify you for a refund. Your voucher is good for the paid value for up to years after the date of purchase as per the Federal Gift Card Act of and I would encourage that you utilize the voucher that way

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that in view of the fact that I do not wish to spend any more time on this issue .....I accept the offer made by Local Flavor to make restitution by refunding the amount which was debited from my credit related to a restaurant which closed after soliciting disc money for discount coupons from the public(*** RESTAURANT, HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA).I would like to say for the record that I find it difficult to believe that their customer service representative only received one email message when, in fact, I have proof of having sent three messages over a period of months. I also have records of phone calls and messages which were not answered..... I would strongly suggest that Local Flavor immediately update its Customer Service Department such that at a minimum (1) emails are answered in a timely manner and without having to resort to corresponding with the Revdex.com and (2) ensuring that telephone inquiries are handled in a timely fashion as well.Finally I would like to thank the Revdex.com for its prompt intervention on my behalf.........Without Revdex.com assistance I am sure that I would continue to experience frustration in my attempts to contact this organization
